Podere Vergianoni is an ancient and historic property dating back to the 17th century, located in the beautiful hills of Chianti in Tuscany, with the possibility of organizing a shuttle service and exclusive experiences tailored to you. The apartment is available for 2 adults, with the possibility of adding a sofa bed for 2 children under 12 years of age. In the large outdoor courtyard, you'll find a saltwater swimming pool with a relaxation area on a panoramic terrace overlooking the castle, hills, and vineyards, with incomparable sunsets.

Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Historic fattoria with pool

The property is about 1 km from the sea (only 8-10 minutes' walk) and has about 150 hectares of land in the hinterland with grain fields, maquis and olive trees as well as a small lake. The Fattoria with about 150 square meters of living space was built around 1800 and has since served the family as a summer and country residence. At the front is a classic garden. The 6 x 20 meter pool is also used by 2 other guest families, but offers enough retreat options due to the spacious complex.

La Gabbianella apartment by the sea

La Gabbianella is a cosy, recently renovated, well-furnished three-room apartment, ideal for four people. The apartment is located on the first floor, in a central and quiet area about 300 metres from the sea, close to all key public services, and it comes equipped with a full kitchen, air-conditioning, WI-FI, a designated work station and a convenient, private storage room on the ground floor with a washing machine and a sink. Suitable both for remote work and for a relaxing holiday!
