Small, but historic and evocative, very well preserved place with the possibility of visiting interesting places all reachable in 40 min. max. 1 hour, such as Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca. Accommodation exactly as described, cozy and with all comforts. The owner is friendly and hospitable, quick to respond to requests and very accurate in giving the information. I recommend it to those who want to discover Tuscany by car every day in a different place and then retreat in the evening in a relaxing environment, typical , but furnished according to contemporary taste, overlooking the Renaissance village.

A truly wonderful place to stay. The only sounds you’ll hear is the singing of the birds. Extremely clean and stocked with everything you will need. The property is beautiful and the pool is a fantastic way to end your day of exploring. We highly recommend. We know you won’t be disappointed.

Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

One of the best Airbnbs we stayed in with absolutely the best host we have ever met! Antonio was amazing. Before our arrival, he provided clear instructions and suggested to help for a smooth check in. He always made sure that we have what we need for a perfect stay, and even spoiled us with a few complementary wine and chocolate. Now, the place is amazing. From the balcony you get the best views in the region, surrounded by trees and immersed by the sound of birds around you. Truly pleasant, relaxing and restoring vacation. The house is fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need, very well maintained, and super clean. We didn't want to leave, and can't wait to get back again!

Villino Isotta is a breathtaking accommodation, super in every aspect: location, cleanliness, all bedrooms are air-conditioned, kitchens and bathrooms are fully equipped, free parking is a few steps away, and a cafe is open until late in the evening. Outside, there is a patio overlooking the hills and then the barbecue, and finally a swimming pool equipped with every comfort (hot shower, hot tub, sun loungers, wifi, etc.). Last but not least, the host Andrea, whom I thank for the incredible and constant attention to his guests from the first moment (welcoming us with a welcome drink) to the last. Always present but never intrusive, always available with advice to make your stay unforgettable, a person with an immense heart who manages this accommodation with passion and seriousness. It was hard to go home, we will definitely see each other again!

We had a wonderful vacation with our children (7 & 9 years) in Poggio al Cassone. We were able to reach the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence very well. For the children, the pool was the highlight after the excursions. The entire complex is beautifully designed, the apartment really large and we didn't miss anything. We can well imagine coming back. :)

Beautiful place, true to the photos, discovered in the early morning after Alessandro greeted us with a smile in the middle of the night following problems on the road. The estate is superb, in the heart of nature, next to a golf course. A little further away from the places to visit (small roads), but it's the counterpart to the idyllic setting. Outdoor areas are numerous and pleasant. The pool is quiet, large, well maintained, not very chlorinated and surrounded by trees to have some shade. The apartment is large and typical, a little dark but this helps to keep it cool (thanks to the air conditioning!) The possibility of breakfast at the Golf course ~15 minutes away (pleasant walk) or 10 minutes by car (much more convenient with stroller) is very helpful (Italian type, correct price and setting just as quiet and idyllic) It is also very nice to have condiments available. Numerous mosquitoes despite the mosquito nets (windows, bed)

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as shown in the photos – spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable few days. I especially appreciated the peaceful location. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and quick. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. Thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, and fresh towels made the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again. We had a fantastic vacation, this charming cottage in the heart of Tuscany exceeded all our expectations. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by rolling hills and olive trees, which created an ultimate feeling of peace and serenity. The house itself is beautiful, with a perfect mix of rustic Tuscan charm and modern comforts. The rooms were sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully equipped. The highlight was the terrace overlooking the sunset – an ideal place to relax with a glass of Chianti after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to give tips on the best restaurants and attractions in the area. We enjoyed excursions to nearby cities such as San Gimignano and Pisa, which were easily accessible. The pool was a nice bonus, perfect for cooling off on hot days. We will definitely come here again.

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few meters over the dune and a wonderful beach opens up. There are beautiful beach bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with lots of details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had a 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Still, Sharon was there for us at 11pm. That was great.

We had a wonderful time staying at Claudio’s accommodation! The house itself is very nice, well-equipped with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The large garden is a real highlight, with a lovely outdoor dining area, plenty of space to relax, and a barbecue. The pool is fantastic and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape—perfect for a peaceful afternoon. The location is also ideal. It’s just a 20-30 minute drive to the sea and beautiful beaches, and many of Tuscany’s top cities like Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, and Volterra are only 1-2 hours away by car. It made for great day trips to explore the region. We really enjoyed our time. Grazie Mille, Claudio!

An excellent and peaceful place to stay. The view is absolutely stunning, pool was lovely, and there rooms are more than spacious. The kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for. Unless you are planning on staying only there, you do need a car. With a car, the shops were 10 mins drive away and the train station < 10 mins with free parking.

This is a wonderful setting: absolutely beautiful gardens full of roses (in May), stunning views, lots of sunny terraces and places to sit, and a lovely pool. The house itself is very well-equipped, and attractively furnished with antiques, and comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you could need. There are great places in easy reach, including Certaldo (take the funicular up, and we recommend the Fonte Antica restaurant), San Gimignano with its towers and allegedly the best ice cream in the world, and Colle Val d'Elsa. There is good train access from Castelfiorentino station to Siena, Florence. Arianna our host was very welcoming and helpful, and lives nearby for any queries. If en suite bathrooms are your thing (we don't particularly care), you might find the arrangements of bedrooms and bathrooms a bit unusual; only the room with two single beds is truly en suite, and the bedrooms in the basement share a bathroom with no door between the two bedrooms. But not a problem for us

We had an amazing stay at Casa Daniella. The key holders were friendly, welcoming, responsive, and easy to contact. The pool and outdoor patios were lovely, and the view was superb. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Tuscany.

There were 6 of us on this beautiful property and we spent some quiet days in nature. The place is a bit remote, so if you want peace and relaxation, the place is ideal. Shopping facilities are easily accessible by car. The house offers a lot of space to move around and the sunny days at the pool with stunning views of the sea were beautiful.

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful house. The area is extremely peaceful and quiet, which made for a truly relaxing time. Each room has its own private bathroom, and everything was fully equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful - all our questions and needs were responded quickly and with care. Communication was excellent throughout. The house is located in a stunning area with beautiful views, and the directions were clear and easy to follow — we had no trouble getting there. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Everything was in perfect order, and I would definitely recommend this place. I was very satisfied. Although the surroundings are calm and quiet, the nearest town isn’t far at all, with several great restaurants to choose from. Altogether, a lovely experience!
