Beachfront vacation rentals in Castiglioncello

Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

We stayed as a couple from March 3 to 5 for the carnival, it is located facing the sea and in the circuit... great experience I definitely hope we will return... I recommend it

The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! The apartment was lovely, very spacious and well-maintained, renovated a few years ago. In general, all the furniture was very functional. It was really like staying at home, with all the comforts you need (even more when traveling with a 2-year-old). Private indoor parking is the icing on the cake, in an area where finding parking is often difficult. Sophia was very kind, both at check-in and during the stay. We'll definitely be back!

Giorgio's apartment is a gem, nothing was missing and we found a dehumidifier that saved us from the very hot nights. We will definitely be his guests again because we had a great vacation.

We had an amazing week at Arianna's apartment. Great area and close to everything, nice apartment and fantastic terrace! Arianna is very nice, always responded quickly and gave us several great tips on restaurants, places to visit and nice beaches. We hope to be able to come back soon!

We enjoyed the week in the apartment. Since there was not such nice weather yet, we were able to heat with the air conditioning. It was nice to have breakfast on the balcony and the beach (which is not so crowded and was a natural beach which we greatly appreciated) was within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed. We will be happy to come back. You have nature right in front of you and can wake up with the birds chirping in the morning.

We found a friendly and helpful host. The apartment is not very large, but enough to spend relaxing moments in the house. It has a spacious living room and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories to make your vacation carefree. Great opportunity to have private parking and a condominium pool. Beach and restaurants are very close to the apartment. It was a really pleasant vacation, we felt right at home.

The place is an absolute place to yearn. The view of the sea priceless. We were lucky enough to stay alone on the property almost the entire time. The amenities are functional and you have everything you need. Everything was clean and tidy, there is nothing to complain about. The decor is familiar with personal things of the family but that's exactly what I love about AirBnB. I was very reminded of my former family weekend house. We certainly weren't here last time and I thank Fabio&Valentina for sharing this wonderful place with others.

The place was perfect for us! The children made themselves comfortable in the gallery and also enjoyed using the toys provided. Since the ceilings of the apartment are very high, it is also not cramped at all. We enjoyed the location of the accommodation directly on the beach. By car you can easily get to Pisa, Florence, etc. We will be back :-)

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Beautiful location with a great view from the deck. Clean minimal house. Easy parking for €5/day in winter €10 in summer. The nice thing about staying in the winter is that the beach is clear. The only negative is that the restaurant downstairs blows smoke Friday-Sunday. This means that if the wind is wrong a ton of smoke blows into the apartment. Not the owner’s fault but can be very unpleasant is you have a smoke sensitivity.

Marcello is really nice, offered to pick me up from the train station and went out of his way to help me find a copisteria ! Appartment is clean and nice, not much to do around but it was low season, good place to look for peace and quiet !

Great structure, great breakfast outdoors in the morning shade. They gave us an upgrade to the room without asking for it, at the same price. All very polite and helpful

The house is great! Spacious and nicely decorated. The location is great as you are on the promenade in a few steps, but far enough from the hustle and bustle. Laura took good care and responded quickly to inquiries. Very helpful. A very nice vacation!

Crazy location. It's totally downtown. The accommodation is in the pedestrian part of San Vincenzo but the parking lots are convenient and a two-minute walk away. And even if the house is in the center, it is not affected by the noise of people. On the contrary. The house is nice and functional. Not too noticeable things: having stayed at the beginning of September, the rail traffic increases and in the master bedroom you can hear it quite a bit. Until 1/9 the passages were significantly reduced. The shower drains badly, too bad. But it's a simple problem to solve. The bathroom is in the center of the apartment and is windowless. There is a fan for air exchange but it is not always enough, especially if there are many guests. But the apartment really lacks nothing and Massimo is super-available for everything.

Very nice apartment with huge terrace right by the harbor in San Vincenzo and great views of the sea. Some beaches can be reached in a few minutes. We stayed in the apartment for a week in October. There was not much going on in the village itself, but there were still plenty of restaurants open. Bakery and supermarket also nearby.

What a fabulous place !! Everything is exactly as shown in the photos and description but better. The view is amazing and the apartment well equipped and comfortable. Auro was very responsive to all messages and his parents, who checked us in, were charming. Just a couple of practical points - there is no a/c but usually there is a lovely breeze, just keep the blinds down when the sun is on them The access into the sea looks a bit scarier than it is - you can just jump in and then to get out, there are also some steps cut into the rock so you don’t have to try and scramble out. Wonderful - we hope to come back

Tommaso is a nice and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He made a great effort to ensure that we guests were doing well in his house. He changed the gas bottles for the hot water and adjusted the heating on request and asked several times about our condition. We liked the vacation home very much, a top location right on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is functionally furnished in a country house style, the kitchen small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We will be happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your committed demeanor. We had an amazing stay in Fabrizio’s apartment! He was one of the best hosts we ever had, very responsive to any questions we had and offered a ton of great recommendations. The place was immaculate, very modern with excellent appliances and decor. Within a 1 minute walk, you’re on the beach and right out the door there are a multitude of cafes and restaurants. There’s also a grocery store only a minute away. 10/10 would stay again!
