Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

even though we only spent one night at Silvia's, we can say that the apartment is nice and comfortable, the two rooms are spacious, ideal for those who want to stay in 4, comfortable beds. There were 6 of us and even the sofa bed is comfortable; the large room so there are no space problems even when it is open. The double bathroom is comfortable when there are many. It is in a quiet area. The apartment was tidy and clean. Friendly and welcoming host; we had a commitment nearby and she was very kind to welcome us at the time that was most convenient for us. We also recommend it for summer getaways, if next year we are in the area again it will be the first one we will contact!

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace very much. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

The apartment was very large and cozy. Nothing was missing, better than my home! Super equipped kitchen, basic necessities present and even more. We also found some welcome gifts that we really appreciated! Gianluca is very nice and helpful. This is my first time booking through Airbnb and I can say I was very satisfied! We also had our dog (7 month old Labrador) with us for the first time and there were no problems. Very available on this side too. I'll definitely go back to Gina's place if I go back to the area. We had a lovely time in Chiara’a apartment in Lucca with our 1.5 year old daughter. It is bright and airy and in a beautiful building. On Friday and Saturday night there was some noise, from a distance but otherwise it is a fairly secluded spot but in the heart of the city.

The apartment is impeccable: very clean, cozy and cared for in every detail. The location is ideal, with convenient connections to easily move anywhere you want. The host was extraordinary, punctual, and very helpful, providing clear and accurate information. I highly recommend this experience; you really feel at home and the value is unbeatable.

Daniela is just thoughtful and perfect as a host. She was very nice and always available to us, even going beyond her prerogatives by offering us additional services for our daughter who sprained her ankle during our vacation. You can tell she loves what she does and she does it perfectly. The accommodation is perfect and what about the location: only a 10-minute walk to the train station or airport. The city center is a little far on foot but it's very doable when you're on vacation (about 30 minutes). Despite the location close to the airport, the accommodation is quiet at night. The apartment is very nice, equipped with everything that makes it a real, equipped and very clean house. The hosts are very friendly, kind and available. From the house it is very fast to reach the Pineta and the main course that runs along the sea. Marco and Oriana

Gemma is a very nice and extremely attentive host. We were greeted with wonderful gifts that brightened our stay. Clean apartment and suitable for families with small children. Convenient parking and just a few meters from the entrance. Experience to be repeated!!!!

Crazy location. It's totally downtown. The accommodation is in the pedestrian part of San Vincenzo but the parking lots are convenient and a two-minute walk away. And even if the house is in the center, it is not affected by the noise of people. On the contrary. The house is nice and functional. Not too noticeable things: having stayed at the beginning of September, the rail traffic increases and in the master bedroom you can hear it quite a bit. Until 1/9 the passages were significantly reduced. The shower drains badly, too bad. But it's a simple problem to solve. The bathroom is in the center of the apartment and is windowless. There is a fan for air exchange but it is not always enough, especially if there are many guests. But the apartment really lacks nothing and Massimo is super-available for everything.

The stay at the apartment was simply perfect, super equipped with any comfort that can be useful to make the guest feel at home, impeccable cleanliness and Nicoletta always available, precise in communications and super kind in having us find, upon our arrival, welcome gifts both for us adults (Chianti wine with two glasses!!) and for our little ones. definitely in the future if we decide to return to the Viareggio area, we will know where to go!! super recommended apartment and host!!!

This is a really lovely apartment and is very comfortable, clean and modern. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It’s close to the sea and there are loads of shops and cafes etc nearby. It’s super peaceful and private. We really enjoyed our short stay.
