Sergia is a really very special host, who has spoiled us completely. Many tips on very nice excursion destinations. The accommodation is very lovingly decorated very tastefully, the pools small but exquisite we don't want to leave. The surroundings offer many beautiful beaches, especially Brodighera, a stone's throw to Monte Carlo, Vertimigllia etc. It is one of the versatile corners in Liguria with a wonderful sea

We absolutely loved our stay at Frannys, the town of Saint Jeannet is just stunning. We stayed for four nights, it was an easy place to stay to access Monaco, Nice, Menton and explore the surrounding area. Lovely little restaurants and a great takeaway pizza place. There is also a big supermarket as you come off the highway if you prefer to cook. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The villa is just beautiful, the views from the terrace are worth the hike through the streets with our bags. We will 💯 stay again. The sunrises were magnificent.

Short stay of 3 nights, we enjoyed the cottage and its pleasant and peaceful environment especially at the end of the afternoon for the end of March. Special mention for the pool area and the spa with the Mediterranean garden. Thank you for the good refreshing apple juice that was waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival. Ideal base for our planned excursions around Grasse, but a car is essential I think.

A lovely quiet spot between Biot and Valbonne. A car is necessary but it gives you incredible flexibility to explore the area with ease and convenience. The contrast to staying in Antibes, Valbonne or Biot is that parking is tricky and the units much smaller. This was a perfect balance.

Beautiful cottage tastefully decorated. Very well equipped and very clean. A sublime garden where it's nice to rest. Very well located for visiting the area. Dominique is very friendly and discreet. I would highly recommend it.

A very nice, spacious villa, quietly located with a very nice garden and a large pool. The home was tastefully decorated and very well equipped. We felt very comfortable. Our local contact was always available, very friendly and helpful.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. The place was more than we expected. The photos show little compared to what the apartment contains. I would 100% recommend this place, the location is just perfect and the apartment is very spacious. Excellent communication, nothing to say! Thanks for the experience!
