Located above Cap Marquet beach and 5 minutes walk away from Monaco Fontvieille, this calm and stylish 1-bedroom condo can accommodate up to 3 people. The sliding door between the kitchen and the living room provides a separated sleeping area on the convertible couch. Both the bedroom and the living room windows open to the beach and boast a splendid view. The bedroom comes with a small ensuite shower room and and a walk-in wardrobe with a safe. Free indoor parking in the neighbour building.

Isidore's house
Isidore's house, located between Nice (15 km) and Monaco (8 km) is part of our house with a separate entrance that is totally independent. The air-conditioned duplex includes a fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor. In front of the entrance, a small table allows you to eat in the shade of the wisteria. Upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom are accessed by a small staircase. A bay window in the bedroom gives access to a terrace with a beautiful sea view of the bay of Eze.

La Petite Eze is a 20 m² cottage located in the heights of Eze by the sea. You will be seduced by its picturesque charm. The bedroom and kitchen overlook a lovely private garden with flowers and sea views. Below the house, a 10-minute walk away, is the very well-served Eze train station, the train will allow you to discover the beautiful landscapes of the region. You can also access the house by car, it's very easy to park around the house.
