Lorenzo is a great host. Super responsive and his apartment is really well designed and styled. We only needed a night near Pisa Airport and we walked there in under 10 mins, so perfect location. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely beautiful apartment right in the centre of Lucca. Lucia was a wonderful host, and provided excellent recommendations for wineries and shopping! The kitchen has everything you need. We like to cook a couple of meals in and the kitchen was beautifully equipped with very nice pots and pans etc. It was also fantastic that she had olive oil, salt and pepper and other spices. Super comfy bed and bedding. This has been our favourite Airbnb to stay in, we were so comfortable and felt right at home. Thank you Lucia for your fabulous hospitality!! We would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with Veronica's place. The place was well equipped for a longer stay. The location is central and well suited for exploring Tuscany (e.g. Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano) and for bathing holidays on various beaches in the area. Communication was impeccable and Veronica was easy to reach and always helpful with a variety of tips on things to do nearby. Small shortcoming, which was also tried to fix by Veronica immediately, is the rather unstable Wi-Fi. However, as this is a vacation home, this was to be avoided.

As stated in previous reviews, ideally located in the heart of Tuscany to crisscross each day to a different place. Parking in front of the house, there is not always space, there is another parking 200 meters away. I came 8 days at the end of December. When I arrived, it was 8 degrees in the apartment. The apartment should have been at a good temperature for my arrival. So first very cool evening... A welcome document and information on the functioning of the house, the management of the garbage cans, the surrounding sites... would be appreciated. No contact with the owner. Lockbox and no welcome or intermediate message during the stay. The apartment is large, functional and has lots of charm. Excellent bedding. Quiet and very nice view of the Appennins.

Accommodation with a loft in the center, easy to reach the main points of interest and restaurants on foot. Quiet, comfortable apartment with everything you need to spend a few days or even a vacation. The host is always ready and available to meet organizational needs.

We loved our stay in Volterra. If anything, we wished we had booked a longer stay. The Airbnb was wonderful. It’s on three floors as described, so be ready for the stairs. Don’t worry… they’ll get you ready for the climbs around Volterra. Otherwise, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s spacious and has all of the needed amenities. Volterra is a walkable city, and this spot allowed us to get to everything with ease. It’s on a quiet street, but still close to everything. Perfect. As a traveler’s note, if you take the bus into town, take it all the way to the end of the line. We got off at the earlier spot to save us some walking, but that earlier stop was not a good one! Trust me.

This is not a simple review: what I am about to write is a certificate of esteem and gratitude towards Samuele and Gianna. Hosting in the true sense of the word is not for everyone. Nothing sterile, but rather an accompaniment step by step in every way with care and concern for any of our needs. That there was not because the house was an impeccable support, there was absolutely nothing missing and ours was a perfect weekend, as well as their welcome. If only there were more hosts like this, ♥️ thanks to Ale, Marco, and Alessia!

Two of us stayed in Donatella's mini apartment for eleven days in mid-May and We felt very comfortable. On about 20m2 everything was the finest and very clean. From there, we visited by rental car Livorno, Pisa, San Giminiano, Volterra, Lucca and Florence. In between, we enjoyed rest days on the beautiful terrace. Donatella recommended her beach section 'Lido di Tirrenia', where we spent beach days under her parasol/chairs. We love country life and recommend the 'Oasis of Peace' without restriction continue.

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

We stayed as a family with teenagers for a week in the accommodation and couldn't have done better. Everything was exactly as described. Due to the room in the attic, which was very well air-conditioned, there was always the possibility to retreat. The place was sparkling clean. There was no slightest fault. We were very warmly welcomed by Daniele and his family and personally said goodbye. There were a whole range of tips for restaurants and excursions. I can really recommend the beautiful house without reservation. We felt very comfortable, thank you very much for that.

Like the other guests, we were completely satisfied and were incredibly warmly received. It's a wonderful family. The accommodation had everything you need to live well and for a nice vacation. We got great tips for activities and felt totally comfortable. Francesco is a very charming, helpful host with whom we had nice conversations. We especially liked the care for children. Our child loved the toys provided, the large garden and the cats. Very clear recommendation.

My husband and I had the great pleasure of spending 8 days at this beautiful Airbnb. Truly, this is the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in, and we travel a lot! With big intentions to explore the Tuscan area we essentially did nothing and stayed put. Why? It's just that beautiful. The view is spectacular, and the accommodations are very comfortable. The hosts have provided everything you need for a deep relaxing holiday. Of course if you choose to explore, there is much to see and do in the local area. We'll save all of our exploring for next time! Thank you Sylvia and Julio for a magic vacation.

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful vacation with our children (7 & 9 years) in Poggio al Cassone. We were able to reach the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence very well. For the children, the pool was the highlight after the excursions. The entire complex is beautifully designed, the apartment really large and we didn't miss anything. We can well imagine coming back. :)

Wonderful apartment, clean and well studied. Located just a few steps from the sea, impeccable communication, very peaceful and kind host despite the 6-hour delay due to a mechanical breakdown. Highly recommend. Thank you so much. Great stay. We will definitely be back.

First stop of our trip to Italy and we dealt with flight cancellations and major delays but Laura was a helpful and flexible host. She waited for us to arrive late, let us in and toured us around. Her space is exactly as described and in a great location to tour San Vincenzo, only wish we had more time! Thank you.

The accommodation is super centrally located in the center. There are many very good bars and restaurants right in the neighborhood. Massimo is very friendly and communication with him was straightforward, fast and flexible. We can recommend Massimo without reservation!

The apartment is located in the pedestrian area and is very nice and well maintained. It is easily accessible and the instructions are very simple. There are also great places to eat or drink good wine nearby. Paola is very responsive and was very nice to suggest restaurants.

we had a great short 2 day break in Elenas place. the accommodation is more beautiful in real life and perfectly located for walking distance to everything, Including the train. it more than comfortable for two couples. we were disappointed to only be there for 2 days. thank you for the wonderful stay whilst exploring beautiful Lucca.
