Great apartment and friendly owners. Very quiet inside apartment. Stylish. Private parking is ideal. TV not smart, biggest bed slightly on the hard side. Recommended!

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

The apartment is a real gem just a stone's throw from the sea, located in a quiet and relaxing area, just as described. Very clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort: there is really nothing missing to have a peaceful and pleasant stay. The shower, then, is just great! Marzia was very kind and always available: I immediately felt at home... in fact, better! Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.

This is a great place to stay, especially if your intention is to stay a while, as it is very convenient for the train station. Pisa is a brilliant base for Florence, Lucca and other less well known places. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. It is near a CarreFour and excellent bakery. Definitely recommend it.

We stayed 5 days at Alessandro's. He welcomed us in person and was very kind and responsive with communication, the house is as described, clean and tidy with everything you need to spend a nice vacation, in a few minutes on foot you are in the center where shops and restaurants are located, I definitely recommend it.

I had the opportunity to stay for three nights at Caterina and Giacomo's apartment and the experience was extremely positive. The property, in its essence, is very well cared for and embellished with designer objects that I especially appreciated. The location is central but at the same time quiet, perfect for getting around on foot without sacrificing rest. Despite being initially worried about parking, I always found a place without any problem. Caterina and Giacomo were available and flexible in check-in and check-out times, which allowed us to fully enjoy the last day of vacation. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely be back!!

Very nice place, well-kept and clean. Very welcoming and kind owners. My little dog was welcomed and pampered, the owner always took care to check on him and let me know that everything was in order when he stayed at home. Highly recommended place

Such a lovely little corner of Pisa. The apartment is close to the train station and is quiet/secluded from city noise. It was easy to make ourselves at home and really loved having the luxury of a garden. The apartment was clean and it was lovely to have some cold bottles or water waiting for us in the fridge after a long days travelling. Chiara was an exceptional host. She was super helpful, responsive, and incredibly patient with us. Thanks so much for having us, we already can’t wait to come back!!

A beautiful home in peaceful green surroundings. The house had everything we needed for our stay - including very thoughtful touches like umbrellas we could use and a bottle of wine + cake that waited for us, laundry detergent, and more. Igor was a wonderful host - communicative, helpful, and gave us many great recommendations and tips for things to do in the area. He was available for any question and request. There was a lot of rain during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful yard. I highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again.

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here 3 families (6 adults and 4 children between 2 and 5 years old). we already stayed here last year and like last year, everything was great. In addition, the second bathroom was renovated this year, so both were new and modern. the host was very accommodating when booking the stay. in addition, he provided us with a third crib, on the day of arrival he allowed us an early check-in and on the day of departure allowed us a later departure, which was very appreciated by small children. every day was cleaned the pool, which we ended up using only at the beginning of the stay due to the weather. with small children we appreciated the large fenced garden.

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

Super comfortable apartment, just outside of Lucca (about a 15 minute walk to get inside the city). Clean, large space, great communication from hosts, and super easy check-in/check-out. Oh, and the bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever come across in an Airbnb!

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment with a group of friends and we were extremely satisfied with our choice! The location is really perfect, just a short walk from the center of Montecatini, which has made our explorations of the city comfortable. The apartment is spacious, well organized and equipped with every comfort, clean and cozy just as described in the previous reviews. Oksana was an exceptional host, always available and attentive to respond promptly to our questions. The atmosphere was quiet, perfect for relaxing, but at the same time convenient to visit the main attractions of Tuscany, easily accessible by train. We felt right at home, thanks to modern amenities and detailed check-in instructions. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to spend time in a pleasant environment and in a convenient location. We'll definitely be back!

I spent a week here and it’s perfect. The flat is lovely, squeaky clean and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the train station. I loved the restaurant opposite the building entrance! I’ll be back!

the apartment itself was exactly as described and looked like the pictures. we had booked this place as somewhere to rest our head as we planned to visit surrounding areas. the buses make it easy and convenient to get into the centre of pisa and see everything. the views from the apartment were exceptional and there was plenty to do around there ( restaurants are plentiful however, mostly sea food. ) overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay again if ever we decide to visit pisa again.

Francesco was very welcoming and in addition, the site is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool with the mountain views is really superb! A nice place to relax in peace. The road to get there is a bit long and very winding, but this is often the case in Tuscany...
