Vacation rentals with a patio in Castiglioncello

La maison de Monica est tout simplement originale, située proche du centre ville (dans un beau quartier de Livourne), spacieuse (nous étions 3), confortable; le jardin d'hiver est génial pour y déjeuner ! C'est une maison avec de beaux volumes et nous nous sommes vite sentis chez nous et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

De host Marco is fantastisch. Zeer behulpzaam. We hadden een gezondheidsdingetje en Marco is toen 's avonds direct iets voor ons gaan halen (we mochten hem niet betalen hiervoor). Het appartement is ruim en licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel goed bed en groot terras met alle privacy. Het appartement ligt heerlijk rustig. We hadden helaas slecht weer waardoor we minder hebben kunnen genieten van alles.

L’appartamento è un vero gioiellino a due passi dal mare, situato in una zona tranquilla e rilassante, proprio come descritto. Pulitissimo, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni comfort: non manca davvero nulla per trascorrere un soggiorno sereno e piacevole. La doccia, poi, è semplicemente fantastica! Marzia è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile: mi sono sentita subito a casa… anzi, meglio! Consigliatissimo, tornerò sicuramente.

This is a great place to stay, especially if your intention is to stay a while, as it is very convenient for the train station. Pisa is a brilliant base for Florence, Lucca and other less well known places. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. It is near a CarreFour and excellent bakery. Definitely recommend it.

Spędziliśmy cudowne wakacje we wspaniałym miejscu. Apartament był zgodny z opisem a z tarasu mielismy widok na przepiękny basen przy którym mogliśmy wypoczywać. Stefano i Cristian przez cały nasz pobyt byli gotowi nam pomóc gdybyśmy tylko czegoś potrzebowali. Stefano to najlepszy gospodarz i polecam wszystkim pobyt u niego.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni da Alessandro ci ha accolto di persona ed è stato molto gentile e reattivo con la comunicazione, la casa è come descritto pulita e in ordine con tutto il necessario per trascorrere delle belle vacanze, in pochi minuti a piedi si è in centro dove si trovano negozi e ristoranti, la consiglio sicuramente.

Ho avuto modo di pernottare per tre notti presso l'appartamento di Caterina e Giacomo e l’esperienza è stata estremamente positiva. L’alloggio, nella sua essenzialità, è molto curato e impreziosito da oggetti di design che ho particolarmente apprezzato. La posizione è centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla, perfetta per muoversi a piedi senza rinunciare al riposo. Pur essendo inizialmente preoccupato per il parcheggio, ho sempre trovato posto senza alcun problema. Caterina e Giacomo sono stati disponibili e flessibili negli orari di check-in e check-out,e ciò ci ha permesso di godere appieno anche dell’ultimo giorno di vacanza. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!

Posto molto bello, curato e pulito. Proprietari molto accoglienti e gentili. Il mio cagnolino è stato accolto e coccolato, la proprietaria ha avuto sempre cura di controllarlo ed avvisarmi che tutto fosse in ordine quando rimaneva a casa. Posto consigliatissimo

séjour très agréable...le logement était propre et confortable...Notre hôte très accueillante et sympathique. Petit bémol le lave vaisselle ne lave correctement et le frigo fait pas trop de froid..... Nous recommandons se logement car proche de pise et des commodités...

Such a lovely little corner of Pisa. The apartment is close to the train station and is quiet/secluded from city noise. It was easy to make ourselves at home and really loved having the luxury of a garden. The apartment was clean and it was lovely to have some cold bottles or water waiting for us in the fridge after a long days travelling. Chiara was an exceptional host. She was super helpful, responsive, and incredibly patient with us. Thanks so much for having us, we already can’t wait to come back!!

A beautiful home in peaceful green surroundings. The house had everything we needed for our stay - including very thoughtful touches like umbrellas we could use and a bottle of wine + cake that waited for us, laundry detergent, and more. Igor was a wonderful host - communicative, helpful, and gave us many great recommendations and tips for things to do in the area. He was available for any question and request. There was a lot of rain during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful yard. I highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again.

Ein „eigenes“ Haus mit einem tollen Garten. Sicher umzäunt für unseren Hund. Letizia ist eine tolle und liebe Gastgeberin, sie hat schnell reagiert und all unsere Problemchen schnell gelöst. Vielen Dank!

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

Byly jsme zde ubytovány 3 rodiny (6 dospělých a 4 děti ve věku od 2 do 5 let). již jsme zde byli ubytovaní v loňském roce a stejně jako loni, i letos bylo vše skvělé. navíc byla letos zrekonstruovaná druhá koupelna, takže obě byly nové a moderní. hostitel byl velmi vstřícný již při rezervaci pobytu. navíc nám zajistil třetí dětskou postýlku, v den příjezdu nám umožnil dřívější ubytování a v den odjezdu nám umožnil pozdější odjezd, což jsme s malými dětmi velmi ocenili. každý den byl čištěn bazén, který jsme nakonec kvůli počasí využili jen na začátku pobytu. s malými dětmi jsme ocenili velkou oplocenou zahradu.

Felt right at home. Chiara and her family were very helpful and considerate for us being available at midnight for a smooth checkin. Though it is little far from the station but the stay was definitely worth it. 100% recommended!!

Babette und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung passt sehr gut für 2 Personen, die Küche ist super eingerichtet mit Abwaschmaschine und grossem Kühlschrank. Warme Bettdecken für die kühlere Herbstzeit vorhanden! Sehr schöne, von Reben überwachsene Terrasse. Ausserdem eine kleine zusätzliche Terrasse rückseitig mit Morgensonne, ideal für das Frühstück. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, etwas abseits, umgeben von Reben und Olivenbäumen. Deshalb nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Das letzte Stück Weg führt teilweise durch einen Wald auf unbefestigter Strasse.

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

Appartamento molto carino, tranquillo e attrezzato come da descrizione. A piedi si raggiunge il centro di Lucca in 15 minuti, la zona è tranquilla anche di sera, se non si vuole attraversare la stazione c'è un comodo cavalcavia pedonale poco più avanti. Con il treno a soli 600mt abbiamo raggiunto facilmente sia Firenze che Pisa e la macchina è rimasta nel parcheggio davanti alla porta per tutto il tempo.

Logement accueillant, bien équipé, quartier paisible. La terrasse est agréable. À proximité d’un charmant village pittoresque sur les auteurs d’une colline. Ce logement est idéalement situé pour visiter la Toscane, à égale distance de Florence et Pise notamment. Je recommande :)

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral! Zum Bahnhof Pisa Centrale kommt man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß, wo wir nach Lucca und Florenz fuhren. Pauline war immer schnell erreichbar und gab uns unzählige tolle Tipps :) Leider haben uns nachts die Mücken sehr genervt, obwohl das Fenster immer verschlossen war. (fiese Dinger)

the apartment itself was exactly as described and looked like the pictures. we had booked this place as somewhere to rest our head as we planned to visit surrounding areas. the buses make it easy and convenient to get into the centre of pisa and see everything. the views from the apartment were exceptional and there was plenty to do around there ( restaurants are plentiful however, mostly sea food. ) overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay again if ever we decide to visit pisa again.

Superbe appartement bien placé et hôte très réactive et à l’écoute. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour chez Sabina. S’il devait y avoir un plus : un miroir dans la chambre et une couette plus épaisse.
