Stylish cabin One minute to the Quay Has parking

LauraRating, 5 stars2 days ago
The cabin was a little tricky to find at first but once we followed Kate’s instructions, it became much more obvious. The bed was comfortable and there was more than enough space for my partner and I in the cabin. The location was just perfect, so close to the shops, cafes, and quay. Kate left a bottle of Prosecco for us as I was staying for my birthday and that was such a nice touch. Would stay again!

Cosy cabin on organic smallholding

AnneRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Gorgeous location! Comfy cabin, with everything I needed. Lovely friendly hosts and it was great to receive a freshly baked loaf of bread on arrival, plus jam, butter and milk. Museli and oats provided for breakfast too. Lots of lovely hot water in bathroom adjoining the cabin. I'm tall so the shower height was a little low for me (standing in the bath), but it was very easily worked around. Next time I'll bring binoculars and my camera, as the wildlife down the lane heading towards the river was wonderful. I also loved that the cabin is located near World Horse Welfare (although it was unfortunately closed due to an infection - but I could see the horses in the fields). Also great walking/cycling around the lanes. I was visiting the Norwich and Thetford areas and the cabin is conveniently located between the two. I'd love to stay again and definitely recommend the cabin.

Lovely faultless experience. Spotlessly clean, comfortable furniture. Big TV, well equipped kitchen. Loaf of bread, milk, butter and jams provided and even a box of After Eights. Sadly I had brought everything as I didn’t expect these to be provided but a lovely touch. Off street parking in a quiet sleepy village. Can highly recommend.

Stunning location! Beautiful walks through the woods and along the river. It was lovely to see the lambs! Handy for the town centre, while also feeling secluded and surrounded by nature. Very friendly and helpful hosts - couldn't be more welcoming. The terrace is a real sun trap - lovely for sitting out (but could do with a parasol for sunny days).

Panoramic views Peaceful ‘bolt hole’ king size bed

AndriaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What a perfect cottage and in such a breathtaking spot. Views over unspoiled countryside for miles and miles greet you on arrival in this wonderful cottage with songbirds at every turn. The cottage is so well considered, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay come sunshine, rain or wind (we had them all so can reassure you if you are thinking of staying here that it is a perfect retreat no matter the weather!). The cottage is close to some wonderful villages and pubs, we loved the Dabbling Duck (recommended by Carolyn - all her recommendations locally were spot on). The sea, beaches and country walks are just a short hop in all directions and your hosts are the loveliest people. Thank you both for such a warm welcome!

Private Studio Annex near beach

LiamRating, 5 stars3 days ago
What an amazing stay at Jessica’s and Karl’s place. This place is decorated to an amazing specification and really feels like you are walking into a secret hideaway of luxury. Everything about the property was incredibly clean and couldn’t even find a single spec of dust throughout. The kitchen had all the mod-coms you could ask for with tea towels and washing up utensils provided also. Milk in the fridge when you arrived was a nice touch. The location was easy to find and had its own driveway with ample parking. It was between 10-15 minute walk to the beach which was really lovely. Everyone we spoke too was really friendly too! The property has a private courtyard which is gated off, so perfect for the dog to wander around safely. Karl & Jess had provided a folder with loads of information for visitors with recommended places locally. We tried a couple of these and were not disappointed. I’m running out of space to say much more but will leave with this… We will be back!!!!

Charming Rural Barn

GillianRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Jenny’s barn was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The setting was tranquil, beautiful and so relaxing with a private terrace area overlooking the garden and pond. Jenny was a great host, meeting us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. There was a welcome basket on the table and milk in the fridge. Plenty of towels, books, leaflets and some games. We would definitely stay there again and can’t recommend it enough. Thank you so much Jenny.

The Cob: stunning conversion in idyllic village

LauraRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We really enjoyed our short stay at The Cob. The location was perfect for exploring Cambridge (just a simple 20-minute drive). The home was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed, along with plenty of helpful resources and local information. We especially loved the breakfast provisions -fresh bread, milk, and preserves were such a thoughtful touch 😊. We especially appreciated this ahead of a long day of travelling! We’d made a mistake with our booking, but Erica was super accommodating and responsive when we needed to make an amendment, which we truly appreciated. Although we only stayed for one night this time, we definitely hope to return for a longer visit. Thank you! 💖

Coming from Canada, the air bnb security questions/puzzles were ridiculous. Match the fuzzy icon on the left to its appropriate orbit to ensure you’re not a robot. Nuts! Plus, I couldn’t call her because it was never specified to add the numbers 44 before her number. My friend had stayed there before and that helped hugely with getting in.
