Our fifth stay here, so you can tell how much we love it! Comfortable cottage is lovely peaceful surroundings, well located to explore the Suffolk coast and surroundings.

Chris and Melissa were perfect hosts. With a very friendly welcome it was nice to meet them as they were away on our last visit. Georgie their sweet dog was very happy to see us and our dog too. The barn is a real sanctuary and beautifully furnished with the best kitchen. Garden is shared with a private corner too. Our dog could wander where he liked as did Georgie. Thanks will return again.

it was amazing place to stay johanna and chris where very helpful. the barn was very clean and tidy and the area around the barn was nice and peaceful. we went to some amazing place e.g Sheringham, Hunstanton and wells next the sea. we would highly recommended this place if you are looking for a peaceful time away.

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

A lovely place for a break away. Cozy, but with plenty of space for two. Lovely using all the facilities available.

We had a wonderful time staying at Green Farm Barns. Lucy is a very welcoming host and provided very helpful information before and during our stay. The accommodation is gorgeous and very private. All facilities are laid on for guests to have a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. Certainly a venue that I would recommend.

The “Cowshed “was perfect for our stay. Situated in the grounds of a beautiful old farmhouse with a majestic in and out drive. The pub across the road does amazing food with excellent sevice.(try the pie for 2 😋) Jacky was a friendly and attentive host. Would definitely stay there again next time I’m in the area. The Mews at Snailwell is a beautiful property, in a nice quiet location. From the point of booking, Peter (the host) was on it through communication, with all queries answered at lightning speed. The photos really do not do the place justice……it is amazing. So spacious and well equipped. In fact there was nothing we felt was missing, a real home from home. If you are taking pets (we took our grandson), the front and rear gardens are super secure. The orientations offer both sun and shade. The George & Dragon pub opposite was a real bonus. The food was amazing and so were the team who ran it. Again there is a secure enclosed garden for well-behaved children and dogs. We highly recommend this property.

Loved our stay here The Granary was well equipped with attention to detail being very evident, we felt instantly comfortable and at home there. It was incredibly peaceful with amazing views and lovely places to walk and enjoy the surroundings. We found a fabulous restaurant with excellent service and very tasty food. A truly perfect place to spend a couple of days, a big thank you to Rebecca and Joe for allowing us to stay there

We had a great stay here, the place was perfect for a large group, it had everything we needed and more and set in a beautiful location

Emma was a lovely host and very welcoming, especially the welcome tray with everything we needed on it. Place was lovely, cosy and clean. Well equipped with everything needed. The bed was also super comfy! Definitely recommend to others looking to stay round the area

We had a lovely few days at Betsey Trotwood, the bed was so comfy we slept really well. The accommodation was perfect, and Bella our dog enjoyed the back courtyard. The information folder which Matt and Michaela had put together was very useful, it helped us to decide where to visit, plenty of very nice pubs which served high standard food close by.

What a beautiful stay - From start to finish everything was easy. The barn had everything we needed and was very clean. Super peaceful with wildlife around, close to the shops/beach. Hot tub was perfect and kept on top of. 100% would recommend and would stay here again. Thank you.

A really fabulous stay over half term week. Perfect location to explore north Norfolk including Wells, Holkham and Burnham. Lovely cottage, plenty of space for us and really enjoyed having the courtyard to sit and enjoy a glass of wine as the sun went down. Sebastian was a great host. Super responsive and on hand to answer any questions. Kindly allowed us to use the car charger too for a small contribution. Would gladly stay again

We really enjoyed our stay although in a secluded location we were just a short drive from the local amenities a stay in the thatched cottage is highly recommended

Came away for a surprise for my partners birthday. Em was a great host and answered any questions promptly. On arrival (use Apple Maps not Google) we checked in easily, there was milk in fridge and tea/coffee and some welcome home made treats for us after our journey, which were lovely. All the instructions for the barn were there for us to read. The kingsize daybed was comfy and easy to pull out. Pool table and projector were great too. Lots of interesting books and some good DVDs too. Loved the decor and nice little touches, like the little wild flower bottles dotted around. Spent a couple of eves playing pool and listening to music/watching videos on Spotify via the chrome cast. Also used the fire pit, it was lovely sitting out in the garden with a glass of wine round the fire. Shower was nice and hot, a little low/small for my partner as he’s 6ft 5, but manageable. It’s a really lovely place to go for a chilled break, with Norwich and the coast a short drive away. Will defo return?

We have returned from an idyllic stay at this breathtaking barn. Every nook and cranny is decorated with beautiful antiques, artwork and musical instruments and the setting is wonderfully private with the bonus of chickens and sheep on the doorstep. The property is very charming, with the advantage of a sauna to relax in. We used this both nights during our stay and played relaxing music through the bluetooth speaker which made it feel like a spa retreat! The quayside is just across the road and a small convenience store selling essentials literally a few steps away. We walked to two of the local pubs (5 min walk away) and had some nice food outside as we were blessed with the weather. We spent a day in Southwold and visited Beccles during our stay, both a short 20 min drive away. Andy and Katherine are both so friendly and accommodating and we’d love to stay again soon. A real home from home in one of Norfolks none gentrified villages. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The two main bedrooms are massive. So deceiving from the outside. If it ever went on the market, I’d buy it.

we had an incredible stay at Marion's place. it was probably the cleanest Airbnb we've stayed in. the place was done to a really high standard too. it was peaceful and quiet and well worth what we paid. thank you for such a lovely stay

My third stay in this beautiful barn and once again everything was perfect. The large totally secure garden space is such a bonus for the dogs. Jonathan always communicates promptly and is very helpful. I saw a little owl in the garden this time which was the icing on the cake. I totally recommend this peaceful place surrounded by glorious farmland.

A spacious barn conversion, well provisioned accommodation with a living room looking out into the garden and a patio which would have been a pleasant place to sit with a drink had the weather been suitable Our hosts were welcoming and quick to respond to queries. We used the park and ride guided bus to get to the centre of Cambridge which was very convenient
