Vacation rentals with lake access in Breckland District

We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

Fantastic stay at Daisy’s. Fallon had thought of everything we could possibly need, even a hose & dog towels for sandy, muddy woofties! She was super responsive both before & during our stay, and was keen to receive any ideas/feedback to improve future client experience. Would definitely recommend, and hope to visit again!

What a beautiful cottage We had an amazing time in river cottage. It’s is exactly as described if not better. Thank you for the delicious fresh loaf of bread and the bubbles to drink out side when the sun shone. River cottage is one of the nicest air b&bs we have ever stayed in Thank you Dave and Sue

Great place to stay, lovely outlook from the decking across water and the golf course. Well appointed accommodation with everything you could need. Great facilities and a bar on site and very good value for money.

Great find! Was really impressed with this place and it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Had everything you could think of, even toys and games for children, as well as a complimentary basket of goodies for us when we arrived! We enjoyed the juke box the most and listened to lots of songs on there! The house fitted 7 of us comfortably and was very clean! Lee was very proactive and ensured we had a great stay - thank you!

Lovely stay at The Reading Room. A charming and well set up property. Perfect for us and the garden was safe and secure for the dog, a big plus for us. Situated well for visits to beaches.

Absolutely stunning place. The old piggery was everything we wished for. It was so clean, quiet and relaxing. The garden was lovely and spacious which our little dog loved. It was so well equipped and the decor was gorgeous. Being above to have daily walks around the fishing lake was a highlight, and the cake and prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch. I am sure we will back for another stay very soon

Ruth’s home is a welcoming place to stay. It’s very comfortable and characterful, the bed is comfy and there’s lots of hot water. Ruth is a generous host and communication was good throughout. For those working there, the wifi is strong but the dedicated work space is just the dining room. Fine if working alone but possibly not if others are in the house. There is an attractive walk from the house and a sweet garden to sit in. Thanks Ruth.

Had a great stay. Location is ideal on the waterfront, close to restaurants. Hosts very good. Would go back.

I took my two kids to stay at Moat Island for a couple of nights during Half Term whilst we visited relatives nearby. It was the perfect mid-point location, but also felt like a special and memorable site. The bell tents are cosy and warm, and the composting toilet next to ours was the nicest I’ve ever used. I found myself going to it repeatedly when I only needed to walk about 20m more to get to the plumbed indoor ones! We enjoyed having a communal kitchen area, as it allowed us to chat to a few our ‘neighbours’. The outdoor pond/pool was utterly freezing, but worth a dip. And thankfully the nearby showers were gloriously warm.

James' place in Stalham has everything you need for a short stay - a bit small for 2, but with lots of well thought out details. Everything was brand new and spotless. Very easy communicating with James who was responsive at all times, and even replaced the sofa bed when he realised there were 2 of us. Stalham makes a great base for exploring North Norfolk and the coast - a few minutes to Happisburgh and great beaches, and Stalham itself is on the Broads - a boat trip is a must

This apartment is the best rental we have ever stayed in It’s beautiful the photos dont do it justice, spotlessly clean throughout. Easy instructions to find property and get inside. Beds were so comfortable, linens and towels gorgeous. The bathroom is stunning. If you are considering this property know you will love it , if we are back in the area THIS is where we will be staying. Thank you Heidi

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Apartment. Sarah was incredibly welcoming, kind, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had such a cozy atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home! Swan view is a lovely place to stay. Great space. Easily walkable to restaurants. Very clean and just as described/pictured. Matt and Michaela are great hosts. They have put together a binder with everything you need to know about the apartment and the area. They are also quick to respond.

Sue was a wonderful host, very kind and helpful. The accommodation was perfect for what we needed and in a beautiful location. We would definitely recommend it. Eddie and Christine.

We had a wonderful stay here, felt right at home. Plenty of space for the 6 of us, comfortable sofas and beds, plenty of towels for the hot tub. The surrounding area was beautiful with a short walk to the lake. The hosts came back straight away with my many questions and we are getting a date sorted to book back in next year. One point to make is that there is pub down the road that although google said was open, it isn't at weekends. There is a great little cafe though on the lake that is a 5 minute walk away. Easy to get a food shopping order delivered and a really nice touch of a cake and bottle of wine as we were there celebrating Birthdays. Highly recommend this place. Thanks for having us.

The lodge was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Facilities were brilliant and great outside space. Perfect location and lovely for walking.

Really clean and Beautiful. We had a really lovely weekend with our doggie seaside lots of walks. Black boys pub was great food and an easy walk too. Would highly recommend to anyone else thanks:))

We were looking for beautiful surroundings and peaceful location and we weren't disappointed. We could not ask for more. The cottage was spotless and Charlie was very helpful when needed. I do recommend the place with no hesitation.

Sara’s place is honestly a hidden gem. It is the perfect retreat for a peaceful relaxing stay. The accommodation is great, comfortable beds, top notch bathroom facilities and the kitchen is very well stocked. There are basics in the kitchen but I would recommend taking some oil, seasonings as we have to pop out for these when we got there. The garden is perfect for your pup to have a run around and is well enclosed so no escaping. I have saved Sara’s place as planning to head back there with my mum hopefully this year! It felt like a home away from home.

Brilliant hosts.. Really lovely helpful people. The accommodation was excellent lots of space inside the lodge with everything you need for your stay. Nice spacious tidy garden which our Springer Spaniel appreciated. Very nice and quiet location with some lovely walks.. Pub and shop within walking distance Very convenient location for getting to the likes of Ipswich Felixstowe and Bury St Edmunds and beyond. Overall a truly amazing place to stay.
