Well Cottage is a luxurious Grade II listed Norfolk brick and flint house with beautiful oak beams, pamment floors and warming wood burning stoves in the sitting room and dining rooms. The kitchen is large and superbly equipped. The house is ideally suited for holidays for one or two families. It has four bedrooms - two with en-suite showers - and a family bathroom on the first floor for parents and young adults, and two bedrooms and a bathroom in the attic for up to four younger children.

There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of a Tawny owl as you fall asleep. A converted old stable block, attached as a self-contained annexe to a large family house. The Stables has one bedroom (one King sized double bed) and a bathroom (with freestanding bath and separate shower) on the ground floor, a living room/ kitchen area upstairs, and a private walled garden. In the centre of Cley-next-the-Sea, it is within walking distance of the beach and other coastal villages of Blakeney, Wiveton and Salthouse.
