Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Breckland District

We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

Fantastic Host and Venue. Always happy to help with any requests and even decorated the house to celebrate the Birthday Girls. High recommend going to the local Fox and Hound Pub for food, its literally a 30 second walk away. Will definitely be heading back here again for a nice relaxing break!!

It's not often that a place exceeds your expectations, but this place certainly did, it is absolutely beautiful, everything about it was perfect, there were 8 of us staying here and each and everyone of us loved it. Marcus was lovely to deal with, he recommended a restaurant/pub for a Saturday lunch, "The Red Lion" in Debenham which was about an hours walk away and the food and service were exceptional. We had a fabulous weekend.

Tara’s home was beautiful! Tara answered all of our questions quickly and was so helpful. We had the best stay here :)

We had a lively stay at Helen's, the garden is huge and is fenced (which was handy with a toddler), it has a playground and a small house for kids that our daughter loved. It also has a direct access to a field with two horses that were happy to be pet. The house itself is very large, clean, with a play room and lot of books and boardgames, and a very well equipped kitchen. We felt instantly at home. Helen even gave us spices we had forgotten and needed ro cook a dish. And of course, there was the jaccuzzi! It was the perfect gataway for a long week end. Would 100% recommend!

Lovely stay at the pumphouse. The property is stunning and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Plenty of amenity’s and a well stocked kitchen to host multiple guests. David was very responsive and helped with all queries promptly. Would definitely recommend for a break in the tranquil Norfolk countryside!

We had such a great family holiday at the cottage. There was plenty of space for 10 of us, with everything we needed, and the gas bbq was a bonus. It's in a great location within a short walking distance to the centre of Holt, with lots of nice places to eat and shop. It's also easy enough to drive to the beaches along the coast. We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved having a BBQ, soaking in the hot tub, and taking in the stunning view of the water. What a wonderful few days we had at Bramble lodge! From pre booking to departure Richard was incredibly helpful. I loved the little touches like the toy box for my daughter & the dog treats! There really is everything you need there & the photos don’t do it justice! Super well designed & well equipped it was perfect for a lovely peaceful break. My dog felt very at home & loved playing with Richard’s dog when they popped over. My 10 year old loved collecting fresh eggs every morning from the resident chickens. Husband loved the outdoor cooking set up. The pizza oven was a highlight & again Richard was really helpful with some tips. While there are 2 other lodges you are positioned in a way that your view is out to the orchard & fields. The hot tubs are located on the side of the wonderfully spacious decking/veranda area so you never feel overlooked. That said my daughter made friends with one of the neighbours & the loved the beautiful wooden play area & tree swing. Will return!

Lovely barn conversion with lots of space and great facilities. Plenty of parking available.

This was our second stay at Janes, it’s the most beautiful spot to relax in peace. Jane is friendly and always on hand to help. The accommodation is beautiful and has everything you need. The perfect get away

We had the most amazing family stay for our mum's 60th birthday. The house was beautiful, interesting and fun. It had enough for all ages to do and the outside pool, tubs and eating space was perfect. We were so lucky with the weather and instead of going out to do expensive activities we made the most of the house, fishing, park and pub (so family friendly). We would definitely come back but would avoid the middle of summer as the house did get extremely hot, especially upstairs. It wouldnt put us off going back though. We had a lovely time at Sam's home. Myself and partner stayed with our 11 month baby, 2 year old, and 3 other family members. We all agreed that the good aspects of this home were VERY good and enabled us to have a brilliant time. The garden, pool and outdoor shower were the definite highlights of the stay. Inside the house was clean and the layout and space worked well for all 7 of us. As stated above, certain features of the stay were outstanding which is why we gave it 5 stars but there are a few aspects we felt could really take it to the next level. Not being able to flush toilet paper, electric bin not working, big crack in top landing window, bizarre food left in fridge, freezer and cupboards (beetroot in fridge, cat food in cupboards), door handle broken in downstairs bedroom leading to garden, dishwasher full on arrival, blinds not rolling down/up properly etc All things that are easily sorted and would ensure the same high standard throughout.

Absolutely lovely house expensive for 2 people but well worth the money if there was 8 of you .Very responsive host lovely welcome package had an amazing time would definitely stay again with more people

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Ben’s cosy cabin. It was a lovely relaxing getaway. The cabin was in a beautiful location with friendly piggies and chirpy birds - it was perfect environment and just what we needed to relax and wind down. The cabin had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Gary’s lodge! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The kids absolutely loved the pool. Gary was a great host, very welcoming and responsive. We’d happily stay again. Highly recommend!

Went away for my partners birthday and we both loved it. The lodge looked exactly like the pictures and the lodge was super clean. The hot tub was amazing and very relaxing. It was a great location too. Roughly 45 minutes away from Cambridge and 20 minutes from Ely, both fantastic places to visit and lots to see/do. Couldn’t complain about a thing. I would recommend this lodge to anyone!

Excellent location, very Friendly host,also was the young lady who we saw when we arrived. Beautiful views over open paddocks ,nice and Quiet too.We used hot tub 1st night early evening, went out for a meal Saturday night ,and Sunday went into Norwich. Chilled 4 rest of day.perfect location for travelling to Norwich or Further a Field if you wish.All in All.Very happy with our stay.

Mick was the perfect host from the point of booking until we left. This place is a relaxing beautiful little haven amazing to watch the horses graze and the chickens run free. The hot tub is secluded and private and Mick kept it hot throughout our stay which was perfect when we returned from a nice long walk in the nearby forest. I cannot fault Bishy Barnabees it’s cute , quaint and has everything you need for a perfect relaxing getaway! We have already recommended this to friends and will definitely be returning!

Really enjoyed the stay, very clean and the Lodge was excellent. Great facilities at the Club and free use of the Pool and sauna and even gym was great. We played golf and was perfect for that. Hot tub was great and had no issues at all. Lovely place!

I surprised my fiancé for a night stay here for his birthday and we loved it. We had perfect sunny weather so we lit the bbq, sunbathed in the sun loungers while reading and watching the barn swallows and planes coming over from Stansted. Then we had a dip in the hot tub. We felt like we on holiday! The cabin was so peaceful and private and just perfect, lots of amenities and games provided. We loved the ice cube maker. The place was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. There was even air-con for when it got a bit too hot. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and would love to come back again ❤️
