Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

Get your walking boots on and explore the many walks that are right on your doorstep, whether it's to Sheringham Park or to the beach, you can get lost for hours in the woodland that surround you. The North Norfolk railway line is a 10 minute walk away which is a beautiful way to see nearby Holt or Sheringham as well as many other local spots to visit.

The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

The Old Farm Office.

A peaceful getaway for two, we can cater for special occasions on request. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

The Tin Train is a lovingly hand-restored, stylish and cosy retreat, tucked into a rural garden, on a peaceful country lane. Just 20 minutes from the stunning North Norfolk coast, and with beautiful walks and country pubs all around, you can explore the local area before coming back to have a drink in your own private sun-trap or curled up on the sofa in front of the wood-burner. Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. The perfect location for a stay in North Norfolk!
