Stylish cabin One minute to the Quay Has parking

LauraRating, 5 stars2 days ago
The cabin was a little tricky to find at first but once we followed Kate’s instructions, it became much more obvious. The bed was comfortable and there was more than enough space for my partner and I in the cabin. The location was just perfect, so close to the shops, cafes, and quay. Kate left a bottle of Prosecco for us as I was staying for my birthday and that was such a nice touch. Would stay again!

Cosy cabin on organic smallholding

AnneRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Gorgeous location! Comfy cabin, with everything I needed. Lovely friendly hosts and it was great to receive a freshly baked loaf of bread on arrival, plus jam, butter and milk. Museli and oats provided for breakfast too. Lots of lovely hot water in bathroom adjoining the cabin. I'm tall so the shower height was a little low for me (standing in the bath), but it was very easily worked around. Next time I'll bring binoculars and my camera, as the wildlife down the lane heading towards the river was wonderful. I also loved that the cabin is located near World Horse Welfare (although it was unfortunately closed due to an infection - but I could see the horses in the fields). Also great walking/cycling around the lanes. I was visiting the Norwich and Thetford areas and the cabin is conveniently located between the two. I'd love to stay again and definitely recommend the cabin.
A welcoming room features a king size bed with crisp linens, complemented by a seating area with a small armchair and side table. Natural light enters through a window dressed with light curtains, and a simple wooden door adds rustic charm.

Superior Double Ensuite Room @ The Marsham Arms

CharlotteRating, 5 stars85 months ago
This was SUCH a great find. Lovely, spacious rooms; warm, helpful and accommodating staff and a great location for exploring Norfolk. I booked on the day and drove up with my partner and our dog (miniature dachshund) Noodle. We had a lovely day on the beach before checking in around 7. Given we booked last minute on a bank holiday we weren’t expecting much but we LOVED the room. The amenities were great (separate bath and shower, little shampoos etc, fresh fruit and all the usual tea and coffee stuff) and the room was lovely and spacious. There was loads of room for Noodle’s travel crate so he felt safe and comfortable too. The staff were super friendly and we had a very warm welcome. This was especially the case at breakfast. My partner and I are both vegan which can be tricky. We felt very looked after and appreciated the effort that was made to accommodate us. Especially as it was all done with a smile. I was also very touched when the lady serving us mentioned they usually make a sausage for dogs, but wanted to check if I was comfortable with that. Noodle does eat meat and was delighted with his second breakfast! Overall I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The three of us had a great stay and hope to return :)
A comfortable guest room features two twin beds with plaid-patterned blankets and decorative pillows. A small armchair with a cushion is positioned next to a side table holding a magazine. Soft lighting and warm wood flooring create a welcoming environment.

Poolside: Private Hot Tub | Seasonal Shared Pool

SarahRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Checked in on the Friday from about 5.30 and Pippa greeted us, showed us how to use the hot tub and the fire. Gave us useful information about the local area and things we could do. The lodge was so spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub was fantastic. Pippa and Steve take pride in what they do and we would love to come back in the Summer months. Thank you for making our stay so straightforward and hassle free.

Oak clad self catering annex

MichaelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Perfect little place for our family trip to North Norfolk! Ideally placed for Wells, Sheringham and Cromer all easy drives. The apartment itself is well furnished and equipped, was pristine and well finished throughout. It’s a short walk into Binham village with a proper local pub which does food too. Communication with the host Sarah was always easy and very friendly, members of the family were friendly and polite and we were made very welcome Would definitely recommend, and would look to stay here on future trips to North Norfolk.

Private Studio Annex near beach

LiamRating, 5 stars3 days ago
What an amazing stay at Jessica’s and Karl’s place. This place is decorated to an amazing specification and really feels like you are walking into a secret hideaway of luxury. Everything about the property was incredibly clean and couldn’t even find a single spec of dust throughout. The kitchen had all the mod-coms you could ask for with tea towels and washing up utensils provided also. Milk in the fridge when you arrived was a nice touch. The location was easy to find and had its own driveway with ample parking. It was between 10-15 minute walk to the beach which was really lovely. Everyone we spoke too was really friendly too! The property has a private courtyard which is gated off, so perfect for the dog to wander around safely. Karl & Jess had provided a folder with loads of information for visitors with recommended places locally. We tried a couple of these and were not disappointed. I’m running out of space to say much more but will leave with this… We will be back!!!!

Pasture View Studio

RuthRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The studio is really well designed, comfortable, and has been carefully thought out. There is a microwave and traditional oven plus fridge with small freezer compartment, it is great to have all of those in a studio. The studio has plenty of natural daylight and there is a view out over a field, lovely to see the birds and wildlife. There is also a door out to a convenient outside private seating area, which is a bonus. I found my stay very relaxing and peaceful. And there was plenty of space to park. Thank you Teresa!

Adorable 1 bedroom Guest house

AndyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We enjoyed a lovely short, quiet break in Brett Cottages which had everything we needed. It's a lovely and well thought out conversion, with a great use of wooden finishes to shelves etc, keeping a "drift wood" type coastal theme throughout. The welcome gifts were appreciated too. It was clean and tidy with everything provided as expected. It was easy to find, especially with the clear instructions provided by Jennifer the host, with it's own private entrance and as always important for us, it's own parking space.

Tilde Lodge

LauraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I was searching air bnb for several days before deciding where to book - what a little treasure I found in Tilde Lodge. Felt so relaxed!! All is exactly as described & as in photographs. Very spacious, and beautiful surroundings, parking right outside. We walked to the duck pond, was beautiful. I’d live here! We tried the Mr Pizza takeaway a 4 min drive away, we had a pizza and burger/chips between us and the food was fantastic. All things have been thought of, lots of lovely little touches - it was extremely hot in the bedroom during the night & so the excellent fan provided was appreciated! Extremely well equipped kitchen. Wifi was also much appreciated. I did notice a couple of areas such as the bathroom bin lid had a layer of dust over it (I have worried more about this sort of thing ever since covid entered our lives) but as it was just an over night stay I had decided to over-look it as overall the place was spotless. Christines communication great and Neil very friendly.
A vibrant indoor water park area features multiple water slides and play structures. Bright blue water flows from the slides into a shallow pool area, with splash elements and playful water fountains integrated throughout the design, creating an engaging environment for families.
