You could arrive, unpack your suitcases and immediately relax and enjoy and feel at home. It's all as the others have described it: great amenities, very clean (everything smelled so great and fresh👍) Furnishings well maintained and on top of that the use of Jacuzzi, fitness and sauna. Very friendly welcome and communication before and during our stay went smoothly. A beautiful house, lovely (made!) beds, good clean sauna, nice hot tub and cozy kitchen. Everything available for a wonderful stay. View from the house and the garden is wide and beautiful. Unexpectedly beautiful surroundings. In short; completely satisfied!

Absolutely recommended! Very nice house with everything you need and beautiful furnishings with attention to detail. The highlight is the bathtub with total privacy. Perfect for a nice getaway for two. Many nearby destinations - whether to the beach or to various cities such as Harlem, Zaandam or Alkmaar. An all-round successful overall package.

The price-performance structure is easy here. Simple and clean, everything you can expect for 4 beds in a mobile home. The location between Callantsoog and Groote Keeten is ideal. The description is suitable for the property. We felt very comfortable here on a long weekend and very welcome from Kady!

We visited for the 2nd time and it was just lovely again. We will definitely come back and feel very comfortable 🥰

We often look for Airbnb options during most of our vacations because our adorable senior dog likes traveling the world with us. Without exaggerating I can say Jody's place figures right on top of the list of our best Airbnb experiences. The house is well equipped and exactly as described on the listing and pictures, but it's the personal touch that made it extra special. She even thought of the tiniest details to make our stay more comfortable - everything from the thoughtful breakfast basket to the beautiful bouquet of tulips that greeted us when we got there, it was perfect in every way. We had a wonderful stay in the house! It is very nicely decorated and has a nice garden. Marit was a very pleasant host and responded extremely quickly and attentive to our questions! Nearby, there is a lot to do; Alkmaar and Bergen, the beach, the dunes. In short, recommended for a relaxing weekend away!

We stayed here for 4 nights, it was wonderful, as described, spotlessly clean. Everything that we needed was here. Great location, peacefully quiet but close enough to the town and shops if needed. Lovely walks straight out of the front door. Carlo was a great host, always giving great advice and very helpful. Definately recommend and we will stay here again. 10/10. Thank you

This place is highly recommended. Beautifully furnished, quiet environment and sufficient for two people (even very generous for a tiny house). The host is super nice and we felt right at home. We will book again when we are in the area again 🥳

Very nice, comfortable stay, including very nice, very comfortable rooms. The environment was very quiet, Paulus was very discreet and we really enjoyed having rabbits in front of the accommodation.

Clean, functional and nicely decorated cottage. The bedding is comfortable. We really enjoyed the bikes provided which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful scenery around the cottage. Jannet was a very warm and considerate host. She made sure, throughout our stay, that we had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay with our kids. Beautiful walks and cycling routes, and very nice MTB trails. Very nice sandy beach and dune area. The Schoorl outdoor center is nearby and is a starting point of many hiking and biking routes. The cottage, compact and cozy, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bicycle storage is also very convenient. Anneke and her daughters were very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely come back!

There were two of us in this beautiful bungalow for a week over the turn of the year. The bungalow met all our expectations. It is lovingly decorated so you feel at home. The kitchen is also fully equipped and invites you to cook. We didn't miss anything overall. The area around the holiday park is also very nice. The beaches, supermarkets and even Alkmaar can be reached in a few minutes by car. Also noteworthy is the uncomplicated and pleasant communication with Thea from beginning to end. We immediately felt welcome. All in all, a great vacation in a great location and great bungalow with dear hostess. I'm sure we'll be back!

Just like the first time: Very nice hosts. Great and quiet location! The view from the living room - fantastically beautiful! The interior is very nice and cozy! Perfect as a starting point for excursions in the area! To the beach through the dune landscape about 2-3 km. A very nice supermarket is 1 km away. And of course you can visit the hostess's beautiful restaurant. We will be happy to come back! Thank you so much! Astrid and Michael

Excellent quiet accommodation with a beautiful garden equipped with several relaxation areas. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and pleasant living room :) Bright space not overlooked. Clear instructions for accessing and using certain elements. Parking space next door. We had a lovely 3 days

Wonderful stay! Walking distance from the beach with beautiful hikes/runs, bars and restaurants nearby. Place was clean and quiet. Can highly recommend!

Nice and very complete accommodation in the city center with private parking for (not too big) car. Also nice that there is an outdoor space/garden. Operation of lighting requires some exercise but there is a good description.
