Located in the countryside, a quiet neighborhood with a park directly behind the house and yet close to the city center of Alkmaar. The house is about 30 minutes from Amsterdam and Haarlem and 20 minutes from beach and forest (Bergen). The playful layout with multiple levels gives light, space and privacy. Outside you can enjoy the sunny, covered terrace facing south. Beloved by families! Please note: two cats live in the house.

Relax with the whole family in our peaceful and comfortable house in Egmond-Binnen. Our house is located in a bungalow park in the dunes, on cycling and walking distance from the sea. The house is suitable for up to 5 persons, has 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. You can use our (old) bikes. The garden is spacious and sheltered, you can eat outside or relax on the sunbeds. The park is child-friendly, with a playground, football field, goats, trampoline. Sorry no pets.
