Most of the time I live here very happily with my 3 kids and dog. Our space offers the perfect blend of relaxation and the vibrant charm of this historical city. The house is suitable for a family with kids or 2 couples/kids. Not for groups/events or festivities. The 4th bedroom is part of the living room.

This characteristic house is located in the middle of the historic center of Delft, on a picturesque canal around the corner from the bustling Beestenmarkt. You can't get any closer to the city center, when you step out the door, you're there. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay; on the first floor, a sitting area with television, a workplace and in addition a kitchen equipped with all necessities. The second floor has a double bed, a walk-in shower and toilet.

Beautiful house in the middle of nature and at the same time within cycling distance of the historic center of Leiden, the oldest university city in the Netherlands. The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

We normally live here ourselves and hope you'll feel at home. We do our utmost to ensure cleanliness, but please don't expect hotel standards. Experience the city like a local—our idea of ​​Airbnb. Bij Florijn is an authentic cozy room (20m2) in the beautiful historic center of Delft. We started the B&B, named after our first son, to let everyone enjoy this beautiful city, as we do every day!
