Old town of Alkmaar with large shopping area, restaurants, cheese market [in Summer on Fridays] and cafés, only a few [cycling] minutes away. You may use our bicycles if they are your size. Amsterdam [Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum] only half an hour by train as well as VOC-harbour town Hoorn and lively Haarlem.

Child-friendly and cozy family home

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Alkmaar city center is a 10-minute walk, the beach is a 15-minute drive or 30-minute bike ride, and the shopping center is a 5-minute walk. Please note: This house is only suitable for families with young children, in connection with cots, high chairs and children's toys. You always rent the whole house, so you have all the privacy for the family. Only the cat stays at home to keep you company!

Relax in this wonderful space full of light and (plant) greenery. Due to the conservatory, this stylish house is always flooded with sunlight, so you start the day full of energy. Go out because the sea, the dunes and the center of Alkmaar are all just 5 km away. Or stroll through Heiloo, a beautiful village with lots of greenery (including the Heilooër Bos), nice shops and good restaurants. From the station, you can be in the heart of Amsterdam in 30 minutes. In short, enjoy!!!

We warmly welcome you to our nice summer cottage. Centrally located near the dunes, the beach and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee. Through your own entrance, you enter the cozy living room with 3-seater sofa with ottoman, dining table with 4 chairs, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with sink, double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (80 x 200). Our cottage has its own terrace with table and 4 chairs and is equipped with an awning.

Our Beautiful new house is located in beautiful town Heiloo. The house is located in a very child friendly courtyard. Heiloo is the perfect location for a varied holiday. The forest Beach city center are all around the corner The beach and the center of Alkmaar can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. By train it takes 35 minutet to the heart of Amsterdam Our house has three bedrooms, 2 of which are a children's room and a spacious bedroom in the attic

Egmond aan Zee - Nice house near beach and dunes!

Just north of the lighthouse, 100 m. from the beach and the dunes, is our cozy cottage for 1 - 3 people. The village center is about 300 meters away. When you come back from the beach, you can enjoy the sun on your own terrace. In the late and early season you can also come to us for a weekend, midweek or a few individual holidays. We only rent to tourists without babies. We do not rent to foreign employees/temporary agencies.

Attractive summer cottage located on the coast

Deze knus ingerichte woning ligt zeer Centraal gelegen. Op steenworpafstand van de prachtige duinen van Egmond aan Zee en op nog geen 200 m van het strand. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien en beschikt over twee slaapkamers waarvan een met een tweepersoonsbed en de ander met twee eenpersoonsbedden. De keuken is compleet ingericht en het ontbreekt u aan niets.

It has a bright and cozy look and the lower floor with living room and large kitchen is much more spacious than it seems from the outside. In the colder months, the wood stove in the seating area is a huge plus!
