Welcome to Villa Kakelbont. Our house is located on one of the most beautiful avenues of Bergen. Surrounded by forest and dune area. Within minutes you can reach the beautiful and cozy center of Bergen. You can cycle to the beach of Bergen aan Zee in about 20 minutes. It is an ideal house for a large family (max 8 people). There is a heated swimming pool (3.5 by 9 meters) and a large trampoline with a football field for the children. . We are happy to welcome you!

The Pool Villa has a lot to offer! A large and bright living room, good kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bath, large garden with wooden terraces and swimming pool (3.75 by 3.75 meters). In the separate garden house is a great sauna. The beach is only 150m away. The villa is set in a quiet street. The hinterland with Bergen, Alkmaar, Amsterdam and the dunes and beautiful landscapes invite you to explore. A warm welcome awaits you!

BD House

Hidden in the woods, not far from the sea and the lively artists' village of Bergen, a detached house on a very spacious plot is within reach. From the front, it looks like a modest 1950s villa, at the back a modern brick extension unfolds with a lot of glass with a completely different identity. BD House was completely renovated and refurbished in 2022 and has since received a lot of attention in national and international design media.

Jamies Cottage now with air conditioning

A paradise in a super nice location. This well-kept vacation bungalow is located on the outskirts of the cozy bungalow park 't Geestmerambacht with direct access to the North Holland Canal. Where you can enjoy walking with the dog, and is definitely worth fishing. Schoorl and Bergen are within cycling distance. Close to forest, beach, sea and dunes. Supermarkets can be found 10 minutes away in Schoorl and Warmenhuizen.

Welcome to our newly built home in Limmen! Completed in July, everything is brand new. The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a modern kitchen, and a backyard with a picnic table and a heated pool (open May–September). Nearby: Castricum (5 min by car), Alkmaar (14 min), and beaches. Public transport connects you to Amsterdam in 30 minutes. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Lovely warmly decorated house within walking distance of the shopping center. 10-minute walk to the station. From there, you can be in Amsterdam or Haarlem in 30 minutes. Beach within 20 minutes by bicycle. A lovely south-facing garden. Dune and forest around the corner. A super location for a wonderful vacation or weekend. In the garden, there is a lovely hot tub sauna and cold shower.
