Cozy kitchen and spacious living room with sliding door to the terrace, as an entrance to the garden of no less than 5000 m2, located on the historic West Frisian surrounding dike on the one hand, and the North Holland Canal on the other. The spacious garden is equipped with several terraces.

The farmhouse offers space for 12 guests; 5 bedrooms, in the house you will experience a pleasant atmosphere, large windows overlooking a beautiful garden. Outside there is a wooden dining table, for the kids there is a large trampoline. There is an outdoor sauna. The house is within walking distance of downtown with shopping and restaurants. The train station is 1 km away. In half an hour you will be in Amsterdam by train. Within 20 minutes, you can cycle to the beach. Groups of young people under 20 are not allowed.

In the beautiful Warmenhuizen, this beautiful vacation home is located. In the authentic Kapberg next to the farm, you can celebrate your vacation in luxury. Close to the coast, dunes and forest, but also near the major cities of Schagen and Alkmaar. The Kapberg has its own entrance, parking spaces and enclosed private garden, with over 90 m2 of living space, it offers plenty of space for 2-5 people. This gives you plenty of privacy and living space to enjoy your vacation.

Irene's Birdhouse

Irene's Vogelhuis is located behind our house on the Breelaan in Bergen. That is close to the cozy center, but also very close to the forest, the dunes and the beach. An ideal place and perfect base for two people who want to enjoy Bergen and its surroundings. The studio is equipped with every comfort, modernly furnished and clean. We charge a fixed price per night including cleaning fee and tourist tax. A dog is also welcome, we charge a little extra for that.

Relax in your private sauna and cool off outside on the terrace. Incl. use of bath towels and bathrobes. Within walking distance, you can order food from the Restaurant de Molenschuur. The Lodge is close to the center of Alkmaar and the beach of Bergen or Egmond. Also enjoy hiking in the dunes in Schoorl.

Burgervlotbrug by the sea with sauna

The seaside holiday flat Burgervlotbrug in Burgerbrug is 60 square metres in size and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The flat has a large living area with TV and kitchen, in addition it has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, perfect for a family. The flat is located on the 1st floor, which can be reached by a spiral staircase. Not suitable for wheelchair-dependent guests. There is also a large parking space available right in front of the door.

Lovely bungalow near the largest dune area in the Netherlands, wide beaches and the North Sea. With the (free) bicycles, you can explore the coastal area and nice places in the area. There is also plenty to do for big and small children! The wood stove, infrared sauna and the extensive kitchen also make a stay in winter very cozy. Have a nice vacation!
