A cozy holiday home perfectly located near the beach (200m), the dunes (25m) and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee (300m). The house can accommodate up to 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children. From the sunny terrace you enter the living room through a spacious hall. From the living room there is access to the bathroom and luxury kitchen. From the hall you also enter the room on the first floor with two single beds and the bedroom with a large double bed and closet.

Beach house Alba ligt op de begane grond van dit kleinschalige complex. Aan de achterkant, dus heerlijk rustig en in de ochtend de opgaande zon. Vanaf het appartement loopt u binnen 1 minuut naar de strandafgang. Voor de strandliefhebbers de perfecte plek! De slaapkamer heeft een 2-persoons bed van 160x200cm en de aangrenzende badkamer een wastafel en douche. Binnen 20 minuten fietsen fietst u naar het gezellige centrum van kunstenaarsdorp Bergen.

Detached holiday home on the border of Egmond aan Zee. The beach at 1500 meters. WIFI, enclosed parking. Maximum for 4 people (2+2). Almost everything has been renewed in recent years. Digital TV with various, German, French, English and Arabic channels. Ideal base for beach, dune, city; but above all enjoy! ..and as the guests say: spotless! In July and August we only rent out saturday - saturday. Non-smoking holiday home and pets not allowed.

It has a nice kitchen unit, a sitting area with a nice sofa, TV with WiFi, a dining area, 1 bedroom with a double box spring and a nice bathroom. The bed is made up upon arrival. Outside, we have created a nice sunny space for you, which you can use to your heart's content. Peace, and from the street you have a view of the beautiful dunes of Greetings.

We (three friends) had a wonderful (albeit short) time at Fadime and Leo's place. The beach as well as the restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The connection to public transport is also good. We felt really welcome and would come back any time! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! 🤗🐚

Not a sterile, commercial vacation home, but a feel-good place! Thank you for the stay at this very personal place, with many artistic gems, the Gmundener ceramics, a fully equipped kitchen... Around the house various outdoor spaces, for sitting, for lying down, a sunny spot at any time of the day. The location was wonderful, right on the beach, at the beautiful Pavillon Noord. If you don't know the region yet, you have all the possibilities from here: Explore the dune landscape to the north, the artist town of Bergen can be reached in a few minutes, as well as Alkmaar or Egmond. We returned to everyday life well rested!

We had a great time in Heiloo! Bob’s century-old cottage is beautiful and full of charm and character. It was perfect for our family of 4, we were very comfortable. We appreciated the recommended bike rental shop that is a short walk from the home, (and highly recommend renting bikes and riding to the beach). The restaurant list was very helpful too! Bob’s home is close to everything. We hope you enjoy your time there as much as we did!
