We stayed in the vacation home for 3 days. The house is in a very quiet residential area and is 15 minutes' walk and 5 minutes' bike ride from the center. The walk there along the beautiful houses is relaxing in itself. The house is very tasteful and individually decorated. For example, the tiles in the bathroom and toilet are beautiful. The living room and dining room are very spacious, overlooking the spacious outdoor area, which you have all to yourself. The kitchen offers enough space for cooking, even with several people. Edwin quickly took care of our questions. The beds are comfortable and the room with the double bed is also very nicely decorated. What is good to know: the apartment is quite bright. In the room with the single bed, there is a dresser for clothes. In the room with the double bed is a closet, but it is occupied with the landlord's clothes. So you have to leave the clothes in the suitcase. So overall highly recommended.

Not a sterile, commercial vacation home, but a feel-good place! Thank you for the stay at this very personal place, with many artistic gems, the Gmundener ceramics, a fully equipped kitchen... Around the house various outdoor spaces, for sitting, for lying down, a sunny spot at any time of the day. The location was wonderful, right on the beach, at the beautiful Pavillon Noord. If you don't know the region yet, you have all the possibilities from here: Explore the dune landscape to the north, the artist town of Bergen can be reached in a few minutes, as well as Alkmaar or Egmond. We returned to everyday life well rested!

We are 6 colleagues from 4 different countries and were meeting for a working retreat here. Super comfortable house for that, Christiane most caring host, beautiful walks through the dunes just behind the house, big garden, sauna, airport 45 minutes away... Perfect stay, thank you very much

A really spacious, well equipped, and tastefully furnished and decorated family home. I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

Pure relaxation! Right at the end of the street, the beautiful dunes start and everything else (shop, bus stop, restaurant) is a 3-minute walk away. For a little further distances, there are 3 bicycles and a super beautiful bicycle route network - in 10 minutes you will be at the beach. If you don't want to leave, it has a beautiful garden with an apple tree full of apples (autumn). Inside it is not luxurious, but it has everything you need (only the sofa could be a little bigger...). Bedrooms are small, with sloping ceilings, but very cozy. We had very nice and relaxing holidays!

Beautiful house, large, very clean and quiet, very close to the sea, ideal for taking the train to Amsterdam or other destinations. Very good communication with Jeroen, one of the best services we've had! We'll be back, I hope!

We spent an amazing 4 days in the apartment celebrating my mother’s 80th birthday. Everyone loved the apartment, the views are to die for, great amenities, high quality furniture and plenty of spaces to sit and relax, even in winter. Would love to come back!

The stay at Merel’s place was great from beginning to end. Communicating with her was easy and straightforward, accommodating an earlier check in and ensuring that everything is in place for our stay. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the place and by how well the kitchen was equipped. Overall, we would strongly recommend her place for a relaxing, conveniently situated accommodation for a holiday with family or friends.

We had a lovely stay at Jochen's. The accommodation is charming, well located and very clean, with nice little touches on arrival that made us very happy. Even though we didn't have a chance to meet Jochen, everything was well organized and easy to manage. Note for future guests: there is no stove or oven, so it's not ideal if you plan to cook on site. But to discover Amsterdam and its surroundings in peace, it's a property we recommend!

The place was particularly enchanting, very cozy and quiet. We were very comfortable from the first moment. Jeanet and Louis are very welcoming. The house with its special charm and fantastic garden is located outside the city center of Schoorl and you can walk directly into the dunes after a few meters and can go hiking. There was nothing lacking in the house itself. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for the wonderful time at your placle.

Beautiful big house with lots of space and a very large garden! We had two small children (<4 years) with us, who had a great time. Center of Schoorl is within walking distance and the beautiful dune walks too. The beach is a lot further, we recommend to rent a bike or grab the car. The house is located on the passage street of Schoorl, making it easy to get there and drive away again easily. However, it is a busy street in terms of car traffic. Inside, everything you need was present, from toys to kitchen equipment.

Our stay at Villa Duindoorn was perfect. It all started with the nicest welcome note and Robert’s kind offer to pick us up at the train station. From our very first impression, we loved everything about the house: the pictures and paintings everywhere, the handpicked designer furniture, the flowers, the books and the blooming garden. We immediately felt at home. The kitchen was very well-equipped: a fridge that makes ice cubes, an espresso machine, a big gas stove, sharp knives and all the basics we needed - including fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden! Once you enter the 1st floor, you find yourself in Pipi longstocking‘s Villa with the cosiest wallpaper, cloud-like beds, and loads of fresh towels! Robert and Karin showed us their property and invited us to use everything- from the swimming pool to the hammock and all the benches, seatings and little sun islands they have created. Gabriela welcomed us in a super friendly way and was always available. Her house is extremely tastefully decorated. Direct access to the canal, from the pretty garden, is perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! Happily again!
