Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Studio Studler

We have been renting out Studio Studler since 2024. Studio Studler is a detached summer cottage behind our house, with its own entrance and small garden, located on the edge of the forest and close to the city center. The cottage is completely renovated and equipped with every comfort. The cottage has a luxury kitchen, a cozy dining area, a nice TV corner with a pellet stove, air conditioning, and a cozy... Bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed on the second floor. The cottage has its own enclosed terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.

Paal 14 is a cozy, comfortable, classy 4-person cottage on a beautiful avenue, within walking distance of the dunes, climbing dune, the village with shops and restaurants. It is a fully independent house with garden with lots of privacy. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with pellet stove and a new open kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts. Behind the house is a private garden with terrace. On the second floor are a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a laundry room with washing machine.

Hidden in the greenery, lots of privacy all around, a lovely terrace and many windows. A beautiful place, staying in your own forest. Among the many trees is this playful house. The large garden is a playground paradise for children & dogs. Minde The garden features a beautiful outdoor dining area, with a long dining table and Black Basterd BBQ. You can walk to the center of Bergen within five minutes, where there are many nice restaurants and stores. In addition, you can cycle to the beach in 15 minutes.

Peaceful, centrally located accommodation for 2 people. Close to the sea, beach, forest, and cities (Alkmaar, Haarlem, Hoorn, and Amsterdam). Nice cottage with private access and sliding doors, terrace with furniture. Completely equipped kitchen with oven. Wood-burning stove, corner sofa, and smart TV. Fixed loft ladder to the top (loft). The ceiling height upstairs is 1.30 m (4 ft 3 in)! Double bed 1.80x2.20cm. Rain shower/toilet. Not suitable for children. No pets. Smoking is not allowed.

Beautifully furnished, self-contained 2-room apartment with private kitchen, featuring a very luxurious bathroom with bathtub. The home is located on the ground floor and is accessed via its own front door. In the bedroom, there is a king-size box spring bed. In the second bedroom there is a double sofa bed. The rooms have been newly furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The picturesque center of Bergen, with its many terraces and restaurants, is literally around the corner.

Recent verbouwd vrijstaand huis met eigen stijl voorzien van alle gemakken. 2 slaapkamers met slaapplaats voor 5 personen (2+3). Badkamer met stortdouche, wastafel en 2 aparte toiletten. Mensen die slechter ter been vinden de trap mogelijk lastig. Keuken met vaatwasser, groot Falcon fornuis met twee ovens en een grill. In de tuin op het zuiden geniet je tot laat in de avond. Fietsafstand van strand en duinen in Bergen aan Zee, bossen en uiteraard het centrum van Bergen.
