The bedroom (180x200 boxspring) gives entrance to a compact luxury bathroom.

A particularly cozy and relaxed guest house with a very large veranda + covered private jacuzzi (available all year) The cottage has a lovely lounge sofa that is also a 2prs bed and a bunk bed. This stylish 2-room apartment is uniquely located. Only 3 kilometers from a beautiful beach (bordered by forests and dunes) and within walking distance of the friendly center of Noordwijkerhout, with a wide range of shops, restaurants and terraces. The apartment is located in the left wing of our spacious detached 1930s house, in a quiet street. Centrally located, close to Noordwijk (6 km), Zandvoort (10 km), Leiden (15 km), Haarlem (20 km) and Amsterdam (40 km)

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.

First Class houseboat studio (corner)

The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.

Nearest shops / supermarkets are in Nieuw Vennep (Hoogvliet or Jumbo, 5 minutes). Ideal position for cycling routes to the green hart and the coast.
