You could arrive, unpack your suitcases and immediately relax and enjoy and feel at home. It's all as the others have described it: great amenities, very clean (everything smelled so great and fresh👍) Furnishings well maintained and on top of that the use of Jacuzzi, fitness and sauna. Even more beautiful in real life than the pictures. Stefan was super friendly and always available if you needed anything. The view was animal beautiful 🐑 All in all the stay was perfect and we will definitely be back!

Absolutely recommended! Very nice house with everything you need and beautiful furnishings with attention to detail. The highlight is the bathtub with total privacy. Perfect for a nice getaway for two. Many nearby destinations - whether to the beach or to various cities such as Harlem, Zaandam or Alkmaar. An all-round successful overall package.

We visited for the 2nd time and it was just lovely again. We will definitely come back and feel very comfortable 🥰

We often look for Airbnb options during most of our vacations because our adorable senior dog likes traveling the world with us. Without exaggerating I can say Jody's place figures right on top of the list of our best Airbnb experiences. The house is well equipped and exactly as described on the listing and pictures, but it's the personal touch that made it extra special. She even thought of the tiniest details to make our stay more comfortable - everything from the thoughtful breakfast basket to the beautiful bouquet of tulips that greeted us when we got there, it was perfect in every way. Accommodation (cottage) remarkable for its quiet location and authentic and tasteful decoration, a (real) Dutch country house! Beautiful view from the kitchen / dining room over the countryside, in the garden with many birds. Carina is a very efficient and very discreet person. We would highly recommend this lovely house, we had a great week there. Good option also for visiting the country, nothing is really far away. In addition, the small historic town of Hoorn is charming, and there are 3 supermarkets and many shops, bars, restaurants just 12 km away. We'll get back to you as soon as possible… Didier & Yency

We were in Rose's amazing cottage for our first wedding anniversary for a few days. Rose had made a rose and a card very thoughtful for us, which immediately made for a nice welcome! We had wonderful days by the fireplace, enjoyed the area with our dogs and the sunrise from the dike is fantastic!

Just like the first time: Very nice hosts. Great and quiet location! The view from the living room - fantastically beautiful! The interior is very nice and cozy! Perfect as a starting point for excursions in the area! To the beach through the dune landscape about 2-3 km. A very nice supermarket is 1 km away. And of course you can visit the hostess's beautiful restaurant. We will be happy to come back! Thank you so much! Astrid and Michael

Sofie and Wouter are super friendly and very helpful. We felt very comfortable right away. The cabin is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We didn't miss anything and the bedroom with the ladder was an absolute highlight for our children. Overall a perfect place to relax and get away from the stress of everyday life for a few days. Will come again any time!

Best place to stay, specially if you come for tulips season. Can ride with bikes to Keukenhoff. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Hosts are superfriendly and helpful in every way. Will definitely recommend staying here.

Clean, functional and nicely decorated cottage. The bedding is comfortable. We really enjoyed the bikes provided which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful scenery around the cottage. Jannet was a very warm and considerate host. She made sure, throughout our stay, that we had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay with our kids. Beautiful walks and cycling routes, and very nice MTB trails. Very nice sandy beach and dune area. The Schoorl outdoor center is nearby and is a starting point of many hiking and biking routes. The cottage, compact and cozy, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bicycle storage is also very convenient. Anneke and her daughters were very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely come back!

Very nice stay for a few days in Eva's cottage. The cottage is comfortably furnished and located on a quiet holiday park, close to the beach (cycling distance), Alkmaar and other attractions. The contact with Eva went great. Very pleasant!

Excellent quiet accommodation with a beautiful garden equipped with several relaxation areas. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and pleasant living room :) Bright space not overlooked. Clear instructions for accessing and using certain elements. Parking space next door. We had a lovely 3 days
