Conveniently located 10-40 km from: Hoorn-Enkhuizen-Medemblik, Edam-Volendam-Marken. But certainly also Alkmaar, the Zaanse schans, Amsterdam and not to forget, the coast of Noord Holland.

De tuin is volledige omheind Papenveer is een knus, huisje voorzien van een moderne keuken en volledig ingerichte badkamer én 2 slaapkamers. You enter the apartment through the hall with toilet. The bathroom is adjacent to the master bedroom. Through the last door you enter the spacious living room with kitchen. In the living room is the staircase to the second floor where the "children's" bedroom is with a headroom of 180 cm.

It’s a stone throw away from the vibrant Cheesemarket and the bay window will provide you of an amazing view towards the medieval canals and the ‘Waag’ building, a national historic monument that’s located on Waagplein. Where you will also find the best local bars and restaurants. It’s close to several boutiques, restaurants and cafes can be found in the immediate vicinity.

COTTAGE NEAR THE WATER

You will find the cottage on a little island called De Woude. It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.
