Our apartment located in the city center of Angoulême (500 m train station) was renovated and refurbished at the end of 2019. It has many assets to bring all the ease you would need for business trips, family stays or stealthy tours of the capital of comics with friends! Perfectly equipped, it consists of a kitchen open to a lounge/dining area, 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a common courtyard, all in a quiet place.

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

A stone's throw from the Town Hall, in a cul-de-sac on the pedestrian street, this newly renovated apartment offers a warm and quality welcome. Located in a secure residence equipped with an elevator, it has a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom that can accommodate two people and a spacious living room with a very comfortable sofa bed for two additional people. Bed linen, towels, household and hygiene products are provided.

Ideally located in the Victor Hugo district, this great apartment welcomes you for a tourist or business stay. This accommodation is on the 1st floor of a building 300 m from Place Victor Hugo and its market, 500 m from Place de la Bussatte and 900 m from Place du Champ de Mars. You will enjoy a large living space and a large bedroom with a double bed on the mezzanine.
