Accessible for people with reduced mobility, 4 bedrooms including 1 master suite on the ground floor. 10 minutes from all shops, Valley of the Apes, Botanical Garden, Futuroscope 40 minutes away, and a multitude of activities to discover in the surrounding area. Charming small detached house near a large walnut tree in a hamlet offering peace and quiet. 2 steps from the "Le Vieux Cormenier" Museum, 5 min drive to the "La Vallée des Singes" animal park, 45 min to the Futuroscope, 35 min to the Circuit de Valdivienne. 7 km from shops, aquatic center, doctors, pharmacies, cinema, restaurants, gas stations... 40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom). A basic breakfast is included in the price (milk, coffee, chocolate, tea, rusks, brioche, butter, jam, spread, orange juice).
