Simplify your life in this peaceful home, located on the edge of the forest where you can see deer as well as farm animals. The cottage is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 minutes) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.)

The Oak Lodge - SPA, close to Futuroscope

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.
