Accessible for people with reduced mobility, 4 bedrooms including 1 master suite on the ground floor. 10 minutes from all shops, Valley of the Apes, Botanical Garden, Futuroscope 40 minutes away, and a multitude of activities to discover in the surrounding area. Available from 4pm Check-out before 11:00 a.m. (please clean the house).

Guest house on the farm

We are delighted to welcome you to La Lolie Ferme. This peaceful place offers a relaxing stay with the whole family or with friends. Guests will have access to the entire private home. The grounds, play areas, and swimming pool are shared with the owners. The setting is ideal for a variety of activities (petanque court, soccer goal, ping pong table, etc.). A pool house allows you to eat your meals around the unheated pool (depth 70 cm to 1.80 m).

The Country House

87 square meter air-conditioned single-story house between Angoulême and Poitiers. The house welcomes you for a quiet and relaxing stay. It has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The bright living room consists of a living-dining room and kitchen of about 40 square meters. It has fiber optic Internet. A large bioclimatic pergola, an enclosed garden, and a garage are available. Everything for fun and safety.

40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom). A basic breakfast is included in the price (milk, coffee, chocolate, tea, rusks, brioche, butter, jam, spread, orange juice).

Farmers markets, lots of walks... Enjoy the garden, peace and quiet. Kitchen equipped with stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker. 1 large 160 bed plus sofa bed (in the same room). Garden furniture.

Air-conditioned trailer with natural pool

The trailer is located on a 150 m² lot on which there is also a fully equipped summer kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet (dry). This provides a comfortable space in the trailer that serves as a living room and bedroom. There is a 140 bed and a small living room that can be converted into a 120 bed that can accommodate two additional people, two children for example.
