Located in the historic heart of Bordeaux, it combines the charm of the old (parquet floors, beautiful ceiling height, pretty balcony) with the comfort of the modern (equipped kitchen, elevator). The spacious bedroom overlooks an inner courtyard, the bathroom is completely renovated with a comfortable and spacious shower. The living room is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen. The living room opens onto a nice balcony.

Welcome to Bordeaux Saint André, a charming retreat combining historical elegance and modern amenities. This beautifully renovated apartment features one spacious bedroom and an adjoining bathroom, decorated with high-quality materials. The location is just metres from Place Pey Berland, Bordeaux Cathedral, the ornate City Hall, and numerous cafés and restaurants. Rue Sainte Catherine, Europe's longest pedestrian shopping street, is only 200 metres away. Bordeaux airport is a 30-minute drive.

The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

In the center of Bordeaux this nice 2 rooms of 46m2 welcomes you in very comfortable level. The decor is neat, quality amenities, queen size bed (160x200) with comfortable mattresses. The large balcony with a beautiful view of the place Gambetta and the rue du Palais Gallien will allow you to lunch in the sun. Very close to Place Gambetta (pole exchange transport) you will be 5mn of the tram and bus(direct airport / station) check in 2:00-7:00pm. No late check in
