We invite you to discover this beautiful 60 m2 apartment, ideal for 2 or 3 guests. Located in the historic heart of Bordeaux, it combines the charm of the old (parquet floors, beautiful ceiling height, pretty balcony) with the comfort of the modern (equipped kitchen, elevator). The spacious bedroom overlooks an inner courtyard, the bathroom is completely renovated with a comfortable and spacious shower. The living room is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen. The living room opens onto a nice balcony.

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

The large balcony with a beautiful view of the place Gambetta and the rue du Palais Gallien will allow you to lunch in the sun. Very close to Place Gambetta (pole exchange transport) you will be 5mn of the tram and bus(direct airport / station) check in 2:00-7:00pm. No late check in
