Located in a beautiful stone building, dating from the 18th century, this apartment has been completely refurbished in a loft style. You will appreciate the calm and comfort as well as its location in the heart of Bordeaux. Apartment on the 3rd floor, without elevator access. The apartment consists of a large and pleasant 32 m2 living room, a bedroom and a duplex bathroom. It is possible to sleep 2 children on the 2 sofas in the living room, each equipped with a comfortable 80/200 cm mattress. In the large and pleasant kitchen bathed in light you will find all the comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction stove, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. 4 public parking lots are nearby between 3 to 5 minutes' walk. Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator access. I will be available to guests before and throughout their stay to provide the necessary information about the city, its activities... The prestigious address of this apartment will allow you to enjoy the whole city of Bordeaux on foot: Place Gambetta, the Grand Hommes and the Grand Théâtre but also, of course, museums, shops and restaurants. You have access to all public transport (bus and tram) in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, as well as airport shuttles, taxis and public parking. You will be 10 minutes by tram from Saint Jean train station. We thank our guests for respecting the tranquility of the place, our apartment is not suitable for partying.

Come discover our apartment, located only steps away from Rue Notre-Dame, 'quartier des Chartrons', it has been renovated in spring and shared with travellers during the summer holiday. You will benefit from the calm and natural light, particularly thanks to the glas roof which is not directly under the sun and is pleasant day and night ! Ideal place for couples and families who wish to discover Bordeaux by feet, it's cultural and gastronomical aspects.

In the center of Bordeaux this nice 2 rooms of 46m2 welcomes you in very comfortable level. The decor is neat, quality amenities, queen size bed (160x200) with comfortable mattresses. The large balcony with a beautiful view of the place Gambetta and the rue du Palais Gallien will allow you to lunch in the sun. Very close to Place Gambetta (pole exchange transport) you will be 5mn of the tram and bus(direct airport / station) check in 2:00-7:00pm. No late check in

The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, a few steps from the Public Garden, right in the center. The house is arranged on 3 floors. Guests can enjoy a terrace with Jacuzzi (until 10pm maximum). Private parking on the ground floor that can accommodate several cars is available, by reservation only, at the rate of €15/day/car. The geographical location is ideal: you can discover most of the city on foot. Occupancy is 10 people maximum.

Come and explore the charm of Bordeaux and its region in this pleasant apartment close to the Public Garden. A quiet and welcoming neighborhood just steps from the city center. This 51 m2 ground floor 1 bedroom is very bright and can accommodate up to 3 guests. With the health situation (Covid-19) that we are experiencing, I have implemented specific cleaning and disinfection of the premises to ensure perfect hygiene.
