We had a very pleasant stay in this small annex house at Annette's! The house was clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need to feel good there. Annette was a responsive and accommodating host. She takes care of her home and asks everyone to do the same! Thanks for everything!

2 night stay at Emmanuel's place in Angouleme on the road to Cognac. A comfortable and spacious apartment feeling like being at home for our small group of 8 people with a large terrace that we unfortunately could not enjoy. A possible free parking nearby. Emmanuel was an accommodating host with our arrival and departure times.

This was our third stay at Vincent's and we are still so satisfied. We highly recommend! The place is in a strategic location for those who love tranquility but want all the amenities of a small town nearby.

I really like Aline and Benoît's place that I have known for a long time. Aline also takes the lead when there are things to discuss to find the best compromises. The location is great to be in the city center. A big thank you!

The view from the property is stunning! The charming property is in an idyllic village location and has a large shared pool. Thank you so much for opening the pool a week early - the girls loved it!

Lydie & Francois were amazing, such great hosts, they were very responsive and the place was amazing had more than we could ever need. The Fridge with cold water and ice dispenser was very much needed and air conditioning was a godsend. The Pool was fantastic and bigger than we thought it would be from the photos, she even had a robotic pool cleaning. There is a decent shop within walking distance. If you want to explore or relax this place is a must. We will return. We sadly missed the evening market in Saintes but found an amazing evening market in Royan and another great day market in Saint Georges de Didonne was not to be missed. Saint Palais Sur Mer beach is amazing, as is Saint Georges. We also visited Planet Exotica which was well worth it. Be aware though you need to book if you're going to the Aquarium at La Rochelle.

The house was excellent, superb views, very clean and had all the amenities we needed, even providing a welcoming pack of wine bread butter cheese and water, such a lovely touch. Kate was there to greet us and gave us a tour of the property, explaining everything, she was very friendly and welcoming, she gave us some great recommendations and was always available to answer any questions we had, she was fantastic. All in all a fabulous stay in Jonzac.

Very pleasant stay in this loft during our weekend. The ceiling is a little low upstairs, and the bedrooms and kitchen have no windows, but that didn't bother us. We will keep a good memory of this stay.

Anne Marie is a generous and kind host. The gifts when we arrived were much appreciated. The house was very comfortable and the garden is beautiful. The road is quiet but within easy reach of the town centre. Having secure parking was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return to the property without hesitation. Thank you.

Ideally located accommodation to get to the beach easily. The ability to park directly in front of the house is a considerable advantage. In a very pretty village. Easy communication.

Short stay but perfect. The accommodation keeps all its promises, quiet. Parking in front of the house, warm, clean and comfortable house with all the necessary amenities. A nice little garden completes the whole. Thank you very much 😊

We had a lovely stay in a town we have driven by many times. The house was ideally situated to walk into town and the cherry on the top was the secluded and peaceful garden to relax in after cycling through many pretty villages using the cycle routes. Walking into town on market days - Saturdays and Wednesdays - is a must. It’s also within an easy drive of the coast and we were able to revisit towns of Saintes and St Palais sur Mer. My stay at Clémence's was very pleasant. The house is very pleasantly furnished, close to the city center and everything is very quiet. Everything was exactly as described for the accommodation. The code for the entrance had been changed in the meantime and Clémence immediately intervened to give me the new one without any wait when we arrived at the premises. I am delighted with my stay and would recommend Clémence's house without hesitation.

Adrien has an architect's house that is exceptional in every way. Located in the city center, you feel like you are in the countryside. 4 beautiful independent bedrooms with quality bedding. Very nice kitchen with a beautiful living room opening onto a terrace with swimming pool allow you to live both indoors and outdoors. Its location in the city allows you to do everything on foot. Thank you to Adrien and his wife for letting us stay at their house for a very nice discovery and also thank Adrien's mom for making herself available for our departure.

Our stay at Audrey's was very nice indeed. She made us feel welcome and her father was kind enough to pick us up from the train station and drop us back there the day we left. It was a great place to stay
