Welcome to the heart of Perigueux. Studio on the 4th floor under very bright attic, completely renovated and fully equipped. You will find all the comforts you need to enjoy a pleasant stay (Wi-Fi, linens, Nespresso…). You have a king size bed or 2 beds of 90 as well as a sofa bed (quality mattress) and a heater (on request). The stairs are narrow and period. In case of rental for 2, bedding will be provided for 1 bed. On request, the 2nd bed will be prepared (€10).

WiFi, Connected TV, DVD Player 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher and small appliances. Free and paid parking nearby (free Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Close to all shops. Ideal for a weekend getaway or longer. Check-in from 6 p.m. can be brought forward whenever possible.
