Le Petit Secret

We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

Les Aulnes – Ile de Malvy

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Le Cosy is located in a farmhouse in Marange, a small village of Hiersac, in the countryside, while being close to Angoulême (- 20 min.) and Cognac (25 min.). Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

Independent, air-conditioned 30 m² studio in a 4000 m² park by the river. Direct access to the river from the garden. Shared pool with us (access from 10 am to 6 pm) open from mid-June to mid-September. 10 min from the city center of Angoulême. A little slice of heaven: an oasis in the heart of the city and a good hour from the first beaches on the Atlantic coast.
