F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with BZ sofa, kitchen and dining area, fridge, stove... large grounds, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, 11th century Romanesque church... For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not follow up on requests greater than 4 nights.

It is equipped with a small kitchen area, a 140 cm bed, bathroom and toilet. Close to the national road 2 min, 20 min drive to the center of Angoulême, 15 min from Ruffec. Baby equipment possible. Possibility to prepare breakfast €10 per person.

Located 250 meters from the city center, this renovated accommodation for 4 people allows easy access to all the sites and amenities offered by the city of Angoulême. This bright apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator of a building located 700 meters from the SNCF train station. Towels and bed linen is provided.
