Gite 3*, pool + views down the River Seugne valley

The Gite is a large, converted walnut drying barn and dates back at least 150 years. An impressive space for social living, ideal for families; enclosed garden with its pool (shared) offers a safe space for children to play. There are two other gites on site but all have private terraces offering views across the valley with fields of sunflowers and vines. The owners live on site, in a separate residence, and are always on hand to help. Licensed - able to offer wine tastings 3* classified 2021

Chalet with private pool

Enjoy this friendly place with family or friends with lots of room for fun. Located in the village of Montguyon, in Haute Saintonge, the house is close to all the necessary shops. Beauvallon swimming lake is 7 minutes from the house if you want a change from the pool. The Château de Montguyon and the Dolmen of Pierrefolle are worth visiting. All 43 minutes from Saint Emilion, 55 minutes from Bordeaux, 1 hour from Cognac and 1 hour 20 minutes from Royan.

Gîte - Les Pierres charentaises

A Charentais farmhouse in its own juice. Old materials such as old stones were preserved during the renovation. The comfort of underfloor heating has been added. The gîte comprises of: a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, 2 sleeping areas and a separate bedroom. The living room sofa can turn into a bed Parking and Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included. Kids friendly, children's games and books can be added on request for your children's enjoyment.

Gîte des Ruches Peaceful & Homely with pool

Situated on the outskirts of a quiet hamlet in Chives, this charming cottage with its stone walls, exposed beams and original fireplace has recently been fully restored. An ideal space for 2/4 people which includes kitchen, living and dining area, patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Guests can enjoy relaxing around the swimming pool, picnicking in the orchard or walking the surrounding countryside. A totally tranquil place to enjoy your stay.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with BZ sofa, kitchen and dining area, fridge, stove... large grounds, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, 11th century Romanesque church... For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not follow up on requests greater than 4 nights.

Small studio flat in the city center

Charming small holiday apartment with mansard roof, in the historic city center of Périgueux next to the Cathedral Saint front, very close to the museums, the traditional market, stores, bars, restaurants, and cafés. Only a few steps away from the flat, the beautiful green way along the river: there are endless possibilities for cycling, hiking or canoeing. The studio is on the 3d floor (no lift).

Interested in disconnecting? Come and experience returning to your roots. In a hamlet of forest, discover a hut on stilts by a river. No electricity and no running water. Don't worry! There will be at your disposal: camping lamps, drinking water tank, dry toilet to meet your primary needs (no shower) To have fun: there are some fishing tools, forest walks, bar and recycling 1 km.
