Very pleasant cottage, well-equipped, in the heart of a very friendly little village

Melanie's small house is atypical, well-decorated and very well-equipped. The place is very quiet, it is located near a restaurant, a small grocery store and a bakery. Great for breakfast outside. The outdoor courtyard is very nice and enclosed, our little dog loved it.

Armelle is a charming hostess, her welcome is very pleasant and warm, her recommendations are helpful and accurate. The accommodation is as described, it is comfortable. We had a stay that met our aspirations in every way. I would recommend this cottage without reservation.

Pleasant and peaceful accommodation, with all the amenities and a nice landscape to have breakfast, easy to access, less than 10 minutes from Angoulême, with a welcoming host I recommend it.

Small, cozy, quiet and well-appointed cocoon. Very cozy bed and spa turned on before our arrival. Very responsive and so adorable host, 👌👌 very good communication. We had a very relaxing night. Also very nice attention, and champagne at the top,👌 everything is there to come back regularly for us. One more star would be even better. I would highly recommend this place.

The place is very beautiful and serene. The house is clean and very modern. The entrance is a bit difficult to find and you need to bring your own towels, but otherwise it was a lovely stay.

Our stay went very well, clean and nice accommodation.

My husband and I stayed two nights in Isabelle's comfortable, peaceful, ideally located apartment in the heart of old Perigueux. While being in the middle of the medieval center, within a few moments walk to the cathedral and a multiitude of shops and restaurants, the place was still quite private and very quiet at night with the thick windows closed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was hot and had good pressure. Air conditioning was great but a fan is available if that is your preference. Isabelle was thoughtful enough to have some items for breakfast, coffee pods, and little chocolate bars available for us. We had everything we need. I would not hesitate in recommending this spot and would enjoy a return visit. Thanks, Isabelle!

We had a very pleasant week of vacation in the green Périgord. Marc is a warm and attentive host, he wants everyone to feel good, all in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The accommodation is clean, we enjoyed the terrace overlooking the greenery of the park and the pool. A week during which we also enjoyed the baguette and small morning croissants, as well as the restaurant tastings on the site! An invitation to relax with the possibility of walking and/or cycling on many arrow trails. An address to remember.
