come and discover this charming 140 m2 Charentais house located in the heart of the Grande Champagne that can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby with views of the countryside and vineyards in Juillac-le-Coq, which is 15 min from Cognac, 5 min from Segonzac. A few steps away, white paths invite you to long walks by bike or on foot. Electric bikes and mountain bikes are available nearby, with the possibility of direct delivery to the accommodation to explore the local area.

Les Aulnes – Ile de Malvy

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. We are pleased to host you in our recently renovated barn, offering stunning views of the Dronne and the bridge mill, from where you can practice hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, angling, boat rides, swimming... Less than a kilometer away, the village of Tocane offers all amenities. Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.

Charming riverside castle

Menet is a castle built in the 12th century on the right bank of the Tardoire, close to the friendly and lively village of Montbron. This family home is classified as a Historic Monument, and has been the subject of a major renovation project. The location of the castle is exceptional, surrounded by nature, overlooking the Tardoire River and an old mill. A very large south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy this view.
