Lovely classic French gite. Communication was very good and we were met upon arrival. Kitchen was very well equipped. We went swimming in the river at Bonnes (about 3km away) which was glorious!! Local towns of Aubeterre and Riberac were lovely to visit with shops/banks/etc. Would rebook.

We had a great time at Babette's place. The cottage is exceptional with a beautiful setting within the green Périgord and multiple games and activities (swimming pool, billiards, foosball...). Our host was very friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend it

Pleasant stay in warm accommodation and as described. We immediately felt comfortable and quiet. Good hosting, responsive and understanding host. Be careful, however, with the running water which tends to heat up a little too much. I recommend it.

We had a nice stay in a very comfy and large airbnb. Nice area to discover cognac distilleries and beautiful landscapes. Valérie is very kind and supportive as she provided us with local recommendations for events and restaurants and borrowed a yoga mat.

We only stayed for two nights but could have happily stayed for much longer. The annex is as described, it's bright, modern with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable clean bed, excellent shower. The annex is super clean & has lots of nice touches that make it a wonderful place to stay, the pool is an obvious added bonus. I'd happily recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for somewhere clean, peaceful but need convenient access to Bellac &/or the surrounding area. It was an absolute privilege & pleasure to meet Julie & Sean, who took the time to answer tons of our questions & made us feel so welcome in their beautiful home.

Excellent 15-day stay. Warm welcome, thank you for the special touches and for allowing us to arrive earlier. Kay and Marc were very responsive as soon as we needed something. But we were able to relax in peace and we loved the peaceful corner. We thank Kay and Marc again for everything and I recommend it. We hope to go back with pleasure.

The stay at Gavin and Katie's was perfect! The description is adequate, the accommodation is quiet with a particularly comfortable bed and Gavin, who welcomed us, is very respectful and pleasant. Small plus also for the breakfast which was very good and well garnished! I would recommend the place without a problem to anyone still hesitating to book.

Very good welcome from Wendy and Chris, they were attentive and always available to answer our questions. All the information is available on their website and in the welcome booklet of the cottage (in English and French). The place is pleasant and well thought out for children... and their parents! Our 9 year old son really loved the pirate boat and especially the pool!!! It has everything you need in the cottage including games and children's books. Thanks again Wendy and Chris, we had a pleasant stay thanks to you!

Nadine and Daniel are truly outstanding hosts! They went above and beyond to prepare everything for us, ensuring we had a seamless and enjoyable stay. We absolutely loved chatting with them and indulging in the delightful meals at Nadine's table. It was a warm and memorable experience that made our time in France incredibly special! If I could give more than five stars, I would, because five stars are simply not enough to convey how exceptional they truly are.

The place was very clean, there was absolutely nothing missing. It was also incredibly quiet and the access to the huge garden did us a great good and it changes from Paris. To come and rest away from everything, it's the perfect place!
