From May to September enjoy our sun-exposed pool In addition, don't hesitate to book a relaxing moment directly at the cottage or by the pool with our masseuse.

Set in the heart of the Green Perigord region,this charming traditional stone built house is the perfect spot to spend a relaxing holiday with family or friends. It is set in a quiet hamlet yet close to holiday amenities and leisure. (Accrobranche, walks, cycles rides). Saint Aulaye and Aubeterre have stunning river beaches, a lovely lake at Jemaye. There is a little shop less than a mile away in the historic village of Saint Privat des prés.

The house is a 15-minute walk to the city center and parking is free. It's an 80 m² stone house arranged in 2 bedrooms. You have a living area with equipped kitchen, large living room with TV, bathroom with bathtub and toilet. On the garden level, a laundry room with sports area (some machines). The house features a wooded garden with outdoor furniture. It is very comfortable, modern and cozy. Part of the house is air-conditioned!
