Situated in the beautiful park of a Priory that dates back to the 12th century, this cottage overlooks an exceptional stretch of the Charente River. As well as its own private terrace, there are stone steps for easy access to the river for kayaking and paddle boarding and a 20m long swimming pool and formal gardens. The property is situated in the heart of a picturesque village that has both a Michelin starred restaurant and a local café just a 2 minute walk away.

Located in one of the most beautiful villages of Charente, this authentic fully renovated chabourne offers panoramic views of the Charente valley and the river, which you can contemplate from the terrace. Hiking trail, bike flow, nearby swimming areas and guinguettes... In summer, our village has everything you need for a paradise! A real cocoon, the wood-burning stove and sauna give the place a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The bedding is new and very comfortable.

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

Welcome to Domaine Réole, a renovated 18th century Charentais house, nestled in a 7-hectare natural park planted with vines and woods. The independent family cottage of 70 m² (ideal for a family/couple with children) is fully equipped, has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen open to a large bright living room. You can freely enjoy the park, the pond and the pool area located on the edge of the woods (swimming pool from June to September).

The Gîte de la Vivetrie is an annex of our main house of 70 m2. Located in the heart of the South Charente countryside, 8 km from Barbezieux Saint Hilaire and close to the vineyards. From May to September enjoy our sun-exposed pool In addition, don't hesitate to book a relaxing moment directly at the cottage or by the pool with our masseuse.

The mezzanine bedroom is comfortable and quiet, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep.

Very beautiful Charentais house completely renovated in 2020-21, with a large 4000 m² wooded garden. Perfect for a quiet nature vacation, with family or friends, with everything on site to enjoy (heated pool in summer, jacuzzi, BBQ/gas plancha, ping pong table, foosball, swing, trampoline...). Located in a small village with shops nearby (bakery, butcher/local artisanal products, supermarket, pharmacy...) and a small market on Sundays.

In our country house, just 12 minutes from Angoulême, we invite you to stay in the 50 m2 private apartment that we had furnished for our children, recently completely renovated, equipped and carefully decorated. 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen with sofa bed and 1 shower room/toilet. From June to September, free access to the terrace and heated pool as well as a private outdoor dining/shaded relaxation area. Up to 6 guests.

You will be immersed in green nature full of charm. A large outdoor saltwater pool will enhance your stay between May and early October (depending on the weather!) Barbecue, ping pong table, petanque balls and bikes are also available.
