Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Villasimius

We had an outstanding stay at Villa Stella Marina. The communication with Matty was excellent both before and during our stay. Everything was well organized so we only met Matty for check-in and check-out, but he was making sure at all times in a very unobtrusive manner that everything was to our liking. The house itself lived up to the description in every way. The location is outstanding. The view is fantastic. In addition to the private pool, there is a larger communal pool for further fun. The description refers to the 65 steps - a small price to pay for such an amazing view. All in all, a successful stay that was not tarnished by anything. We can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Villa Stella Marina. Grazie mille.

Edvard's apartment was super nice and deserved all 5 stars, the view was terrific, the furnishings, new great bathrooms, including kitchen, dishes and coffee machine were perfect and left nothing to be desired. Access to the sea is via a private staircase and you can swim wonderfully in the clear water. The apartment is quietly located and the sunset is simply fantastic. We spent 4 days in Carla's quiet oasis. After turbulent days in touristy areas, their accommodation is the perfect retreat to unwind and relax. The surroundings impress above all with fantastic beaches, those looking for chic restaurants, pedestrian zones for strolling and bars are in the wrong place. We enjoyed shopping at the local supermarket (greatly equipped although it is really small) and being able to use fresh Italian food for cooking. The garden invites you to linger, read and enjoy. Everything is very well maintained, Carla even brought us fresh hand-picked berries and homemade cakes.

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

The hosts are very lovely. The accommodation is wonderfully located above the bay. The bedrooms are very quiet and located at the back. The last 200 m to the accommodation is a bumpy road. You also have to be careful with some navigation systems (Waze) as the road is not displayed correctly. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this accommodation.

Wow...exceeded expectations!!! Everything was extremely clean and furnished with impeccable taste. Michelle & Mamoiada were fabulous host's with lots of recommendations for (local beaches, restaurants, supermarket's, tourist destinations. They made themselves available for check-in, throughout our stay and departure. Highly recommend anyone considering staying there. Ohhhhh...did I mention the "VIEW" absolutely spectacular with A++ sunsets every evening. Cannot wait to stay there again in the future.

It was a wonderful unique vacation! Although we arrived late, we were personally and very nicely greeted by Maria and she showed us everything! The apartment simply has a fantastic location: we enjoyed breakfast overlooking the sea - and we also spent the evenings there often - it was just too nice to eat there and watch the sunset with a glass of wine! Lying in the hammock with a book and hearing the sea roar at night with the window open was fantastic…. The apartment was lovingly furnished - a very good smell immediately greeted you - so that you really felt comfortable. Even a cold beer and a delicious liqueur were in the fridge... Maria is just a very warm, nice person - and her sister, whom we also got to know, as well. But it was never intrusive or too much - you just felt very welcome! .. it was a vacation we won't forget! Thank you!

There were two of us with our dog in the beautiful accommodation. We all felt immediately like at home. It is very quiet, very private and simply nice to be able to sit there in the garden. You are minutes from a super beautiful beach. Otherwise, it has a few restaurants nearby, for shopping you have to drive 15 minutes by car, so also great! Isa is also a super host, everything was perfect!!

The flat is clean, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area. It has good natural light, enough space for daily living, and basic amenities like a kitchen, bathroom, and Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with shops and transport nearby. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay.

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

We were a family of four, staying here in April. Check-in was smooth, Maria and Frederico met us at the agreed time to welcome us in and show us around. The apartment was perfect for us, has a great view and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable and trouble free. Great location, walking distance to local shops and restaurants. There is a parking space included, but need to be careful as there is a steep ramp at the entrance. Rather then take the risk of damaging our hire car we decided to park on the road out side the apartment - we had no issues doing this. A lot of thought has gone into preparing the apartment for guests. We enjoyed our time here and would come again.

Tiziana's place is a nice and clean space. I appreciate Tiziana and her husband's greeting and their recommendation for local restaurants and places to visit. Her communication is always excellent. The place has a convenient location, and the panoramic view from her 7th-floor apartment to the city is fantastic. I will visit and stay when I come back to Cagliari. Grazie

Stefano must be one of the best hosts I’ve met lately. He’s super friendly, helpful, cheerful, and respectful. He responded to all of our requests instantly and came around with extra supplies when we needed them. The house is beautiful, spacious, and has such lovely vibes. We enjoyed the yard and had the luxury of all the amenities. Gorgeous beaches are close (10-15 min by car). The neighborhood is vibrant yet still peaceful.

The apartment "like at home" is exactly what it promises. There were three of us, two adults and a 2-year-old, and we had a very good time. The apartment is in the center, but in a quiet setting. A stone's throw away is everything you might need. It is also very close to all the most beautiful beaches in the area. Marzia was a great host! If I had to go back to Villasimius, I would not hesitate to choose this apartment again!

A truly perfect accommodation right on the sea with beautiful sunsets! The vacation apartment is located in a kind of pure houses with many small apartments. When we were there in May, it was very quiet. The apartment is really perfectly equipped with everything, you only need to buy food and drinks if necessary. The only thing that is not 100 percent perfect is the swimming option, because you did not have a beach here, but can only get into the water between the stones. But it's also possible. Of course, it's even nicer to drive 10 minutes to the beautiful bays. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car. Unfortunately, there are very few restaurants and none within walking distance. But that didn't bother us, because it's a really fantastic place.

We stayed here for a study abroad program I lead of college students from the US coming to Sardinia. This apartment is located in the 'castello,' one of the most evocative parts of the 'centro storico' of Cagliari. Beautiful and inviting space; highly recommend!
