The turquoise clear waters provide excellent snorkelling and diving opportunities. 5 minutes walk from the villa, there are also 4 restaurants, 2 grocery stores, a fishmonger, 3 cafes, 3 tennis courts, basket and football pitch.

Arranged on 2 levels: upstairs, the sleeping area with 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom/shower; on the ground floor the living area with living room, kitchenette and a bathroom/shower. Outdoor terrace with panoramic view and barbecue. The house is air-conditioned only in the sleeping area.
