Vacation rentals with breakfast in Villasimius

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We are thrilled! 😍 This house lacked nothing. Everything was thought out. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. We thank her with all our heart and wish her and her family all the best and look forward to a next time 🥰

We had a great stay at Debora and Ruggio's in Elmas. We were especially grateful for the flexible check-in, as we arrived at night. The property is easily accessible by train from the airport. Check-in went smoothly, everything was very clean, modern and lovingly furnished. We were particularly enthusiastic about the breakfast kitchen: Even though there is no cooking facility, it was excellently equipped. There was a wide selection of snacks, yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, water and (lactose-free) milk. A capsule machine with coffee, tea, microwave and a fridge with freezer were also available – all clean and fully equipped. The bathroom was, like the rest of the accommodation, freshly renovated and tastefully designed. Train station, restaurants and a supermarket are within minutes walking distance. Many thanks to Debora and Ruggio – we would come back anytime!

Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The fridge was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

I must thank Jenni and Marco once again for their courtesy, availability and kindness that made us feel completely at home. The property is in a strategic location, close to wonderful coastal stretches and at the same time secluded, to enjoy the splendid silences that Sardinia can offer. We have no hesitation in recommending the host and home. The only problem for us is that the vacation ended so quickly. But we'll be back!

A last minute autumn vacation. We decided to spend these autumn vacation days surrounded by greenery and close to the sea. Among the many options we chose Francesca's house because it reflected our needs. The house was very clean and cared for in every detail, and inside everything you need to spend a beautiful holiday. We found the peace and quiet we were looking for. Francesca was very kind and super helpful Highly recommended. Villasimius in the fall is even better!

We feel very good at Fabrizio and Claudia's home. Fabrizio has provided us with all the information we need to make sure our check-in goes smoothly. When we arrived we found food and drinks as a welcome gift, that's lovely, thank you! Then the house was really clean and there is everything you need: towels, shower gel, paper towels, salt, pepper, coffee, dish soap, umbrella, dryer, laundry clips... The bathroom inside is small, it's true, but the one on the terrace is covered and more spacious. The view of the hills is also very pretty. The Miticus pizzeria nearby is excellent (we have not tested the others) and the staff very kind. We had a great time in Solanas. Thank you so much for your availability too!

Very nice apartment, complete with everything, very well maintained. Quiet area with all amenities, bus stop a few meters away and train that allows you to get to Cagliari in a few minutes. Roberta is always friendly and available. Really nice discovery!

Great apartment. Clear instructions on how to access the apartment with step by step photos. The underground parking 100 metres walk from the apartment building is a real bonus as parking in Cagliari is difficult . A 15 - 20 minute walk to the old town , closer for restaurants on the esplanade. Supermarket 5 minutes walk , if that. The host was a good communicator. The only addition I would consider is a clothes rack for hanging your washing. Highly recommend the apartment.

GREAT place to establish as a “home base” in order to explore Cagliari! Only 5 minutes by car to beautiful Poetto beach, which is the main beach in the city. Apartment is spacious and well maintained with 2 powerful air conditioning, one in the living room and a second one in the master room. 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (including the living room) with a comfortable coach that you can use to sleep as well. Clean kitchen and excellent WiFi signal. They have an assigned parking spot for your car, which is necessary in order to explore the City and the island. Guido, his wife Cinthia and son David, were always available and very responsive to my questions for recommendations about where to eat. They are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property for your stay!

The appartment was very clean, fully equipped, and the host was friendly and helpful. It's located walking distance from old town, very nice area. Also close from the bus/train station which is well connected with the airport. We enjoyed our short stay there.

Alberto was amazing. He was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations in the area. The apartment is in a great location, a few steps from a parking lot if you drove and very short walk to old town with all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, equipped with Wi-Fi, AC and was comfortable. The location was ideal — quiet and safe, yet close to the beach and close to a great local bottega / bar, and easy public-transport links. Our host was exceptionally welcoming and responsive. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would love to return on our next visit!

We spent 2 weeks in Marco's home, the apartment is impeccable, very well located and in a quiet and respectful residence. You'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay. Marco and Simona are available, responsive and understanding! When we arrived we were more than 2 hours late because of our flight, which made us arrive at 10 p.m. and despite this they waited for us without holding it against us! Thank you for hosting us, we loved our stay in Sardinia ☀️

We have really enjoyed our stay at Domu Prexada. It is such a lovely place! Géraldine is a perfect host. She gave us some tips for hikes, beaches and restaurants. Breakfast was served outside, on the terrace. Simple, but delicious. Everything was clean and well organised. Many thanks to Géraldine! I wish I could have stayed a little longer.

Our time at Francesca's was great. She is a very accommodating host who goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable as a guest. The entire AirBnb was clean, tidy and lovingly designed. In the morning, she conjured up a great and varied breakfast. With self-designed bouquets from the garden, she prettied up our table for breakfast and gave us a treat in the morning. Communication with Francesca worked very well with the help of Google Translate. We even learned a few Italian words ☺️ thank you for everything and see you soon!

We enjoyed staying with you, Marzia, very much. Our room had fantastic views of the countryside. The lovingly prepared breakfast we got in the morning was very tasty. The location there was just beautiful. In the middle of nature. I'm sure we'll be back.😊

Mariano is a true ambassador of what this business is all about. He doesn’t just host, he cares. Every little request, even the last-minute or unexpected ones, was met with kindness, patience, and a “no problem at all” attitude that never felt anything but sincere. And then there’s the food… wow. Mariano is not just a great cook, he’s a chef. You can taste his passion in every bite. After a full day of activities, coming back to one of his home-cooked dinners was absolute heaven. (Just make sure to let him know in advance if you’d like dinner….trust me, you do!) It truly made the place feel like home. The accommodation itself is a hidden gem, cozy, peaceful, full of charm. Noting fancy, but thoughtful, comfortable, and equipped with great amenities. A small tip: bring some mosquito repellent, my wife got a few bites during our stay. But honestly, it’s a tiny note in an otherwise perfect symphony. Mariano, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
