myself and my wife stayed in early October 2024. Massimiliana's place is in a great location. It is close to the beach, bakers and local restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. The free parking is a real bonus. Massy, gave clear instructions including photos to help with our arrival and she met us to show us around. The apartment was very clean and a good size for us. The Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils, a microwave would have been a bonus but we managed easily with the hob. The fridge freezer was new. Cleaning materials and rubbish bags were provided and there was also a washing machine, which was spotless and worked really well. Massy even provided pegs ! The double bed is comfortable and there were bedside tables with nearby plugs and a large wardrobe in both rooms to keep things tidy. Breakfast at Sunrise on the terrace was beautiful and there is also a BBQ in the garden. I would definitely recommend Massy's place if you are visiting this area.

Francesca welcomed us in person and was a great host. She was great to communicate with, both before and during our stay. And the house. It is easily one of the most beautiful ones we've stayed in. The floors, the walls and the furniture are amazing and it felt like a real privilege to live here, if just for a few days. Some days we could park the car just outside the door, and when that spot was taken there was a bigger parking lot just a minutes walk away. Highly recommend!

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. Simonetta welcomed us very warmly and gave us useful tips. The garden was beautiful and quiet. Special highlights were the turtles, cats and citrus trees in the garden 🤩 The apartment was very clean and well appointed. I highly recommend the place for a quiet and authentic stay away from the hectic beach tourism.

Alice’s place has everything that you will need and more. It is clean, spacious and updated with modern bathrooms and bedrooms that we really appreciated. She may also potentially has the best beddings we’ve had throughout our travel in Europe over the years! She prepared a lovely welcome amenity and even left some color markers after knowing we are visiting with our little ones. Talk about hospitality and going beyond. This is why we usually chooses to stay in homes that are run personally by the owners instead of agents.

The pool was always very clean and had a pleasant temperature. 🛌 The apartment is large, very clean and easy to keep cool thanks to the airconditioners. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with equipment. The bed slept wonderfully! 🍳Breakfast is optional. The set table is waiting for you in the shade, with beautiful views. Warm or fresh items were brought as soon as you sat at the table. Everything was delicious! Definitely try the homemade yogurt and the 'beaten eggs'. 📌🏝️Francesco communicates proactively, gives tips related to the area (=a map of Sardinia on which he indicated everything). Francesco respects your privacy and is never intrusive. He is always available via what's app. Everyone is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. 🙏

I stayed one night in this super cozy little house, as I was in transit for a business trip. I chose it mainly for the possibility of having a private parking space, a very important detail for my travel. I was welcomed in an excellent way right away: I was provided with all the useful information to spend the night at its best. The house is very welcoming and the cleanliness is impeccable. One thing that particularly struck me, making me feel really "at home," was the Easter decoration: simple, pretty and with attention to detail. Great, as expected! A small haven of peace

Overall great place to stay. Everything was as described and we enjoyed our stay.

Very well-kept and very clean house. Equipped with everything you need for a stay by the sea (from dishes, pots, pans to barbecue grill). It's just a few minutes' drive from the coast, but it doesn't have a sea view, except for the room with a balcony (still quite far away). The hosts were extremely helpful and flexible, accommodating all of our requests. Only thing: if you decide to cook, the house is very uncomfortable because of its structure, which has the kitchen on the ground floor and the outdoor patio with the table upstairs (at a room and if a bathroom); which forces you to bring everything you need up and down.

We spent three days at Andrea's place - the reception was great, we were greeted personally and shown around. As described, the apartment is many stairs away from the floor - that did not bother us. Great rooftop overlooking Cagliari, modern furnishings, everything there, great lighting. Enjoyed the sun and even used the magnificent outdoor shower to cool off. Bathroom top. the hosts take care of themselves warmly, also got new glasses and a FireTV stick during our stay. Would highly recommend it! There was plenty of parking around the block in April.

What to say? This was our last stay of a long trip around the Island. We entered the villa and the first thing that came in our mind was "Wow!". The host is fantastic and very helpful. She is proactively asking if you are fine and making you feel comfortable immediately. The room was absolutely gorgeous. Completely modern and beautiful. The villa is beautiful with pool and hydromassage. The location is basically between 2-3 beaches that you can reach by walking. It's the first stay we had with no need of a car to move around. There is literally nothing I could complain about. And for sure I'm taking this contact for future stays!

There was a lovely small market nearby and we enjoyed the beautiful 15-20 walk down to a livelier part of town for dinner and back up late that night. Top location to enjoy the beach. The large, clean and beautiful beach of Costa Rei is 100m away at the end of a private path. The apartment is recently renovated and everything is new. Very confortable and well equipped. Good communication with the owners who are using the other part of the house as holidays home during the week-ends. I do recommend and I am looking for going back.

Great location, good amenities, up to and including Alexa. Franco personally welcomed us and showed us everything and responded immediately if something was wrong. The bathroom still needs some optimization, which is why they wanted to take care of it. Inside the house it was quite quiet and we felt comfortable and safe! Can recommend the apartment 100%!

Staying with Cristina and Paolo was a wonderful experience. They were very nice people and helpful. The clean and tidy apartment has everything you need for a family of 4. Super spacious kitchen and living area with everything you need for cooking. Also use private off-street parking if needed. Within walking distance is a small beach and shops, as well as restaurant, pharmacy, MD supermarket and etc. If they drive a little further, they have the most beautiful beaches with turquoise waters. I can only recommend another stay with Cristina and Paolo.

We had a wholesome start of our vacations. The stay at Elias AirBnb was top notch. We especially enjoyed the playful dogs and cats. Elisa was always supportive and great communication. We can recommend it to pet lovers and families.

I had a wonderful stay at Alessandro's' place. The home was excellent — very neat, clean, and exactly as described. The location was great: peaceful, yet convenient for getting around. It truly felt like good value for the money paid. Everything about the stay was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to others!
