Casa Nicoleup

Very nice place. The terrasse is perfect. The host is very friendly and the beach is very convenient for a swim at the end of the day. We really liked it but it’s a bit on the expensive side compare to other places we rented in Sardinia. I guess it is due to the beach proximity .

Villa Aurora in Castiadas, Villasimius

HarperRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Joe was an incredible host, he was responsive and helpful. The house was so amazing, location was great, we had stunning beaches and restaurants a short drive away. The pool and garden were great for us and were beautifully maintained. The beds were on the firmer side and for a staying for a week it would have been great to get some extra towels but overall the house was well stocked and rooms were lovely, so great to have some many rooms with ensuites. Joe left us a little present for our daughter’s 2nd birthday that we celebrated which was so thoughtful. Joe also went over and above when we were looking for a private chef. Amazing house! Amazing host, we will be revisiting very soon. Thank you Joe!

Our stay at Gian Luca's aunt's was very good. We liked the Airbnb very much, especially the small courtyard where you can have a nice breakfast. We received many tips and felt completely comfortable!

Elegant Seaview Home w/ AC & Free Private Park

FriederikeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The apartment is tastefully decorated, offers a magnificent view over the bay, was very clean and quiet. We were happy with the air conditioning at the end of May, as it was humid and warm. With the bicycles you can quickly get to Villasinius, to the Spiaggia giunta, on Cap Carbonara. The nearest beach can be reached quickly on foot. We ate well and abundantly at the Villa Beach restaurant, it is nearby.

Beautiful penthouse 30 meters from the sea

GeorgiaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The beach access and porch/lounging area make this apartment an unbeatable place to stay if you’re in Villasimius. The beach access could be difficult if you are with someone who is mobility impaired or young children but for most folks, it is an easy stone path that takes you right down to some wide rocks (large enough to lay out on), and just a few steps over the rocks gets you to the beach. The cove is absolutely gorgeous and was not too busy during our visit in late May. The apartment itself was very comfortable and the hosts were incredibly friendly and flexible during check in/check out. Definitely worth it!

Fronte mare Villasimius

TobiasRating, 5 stars1 week ago
After countless trips in recent years, I can safely say that Fabrizio's accommodation is our absolute winner and an all-around perfect accommodation. Everything is super clean and new, fully air-conditioned, well-equipped and the panoramic view both from the living room and from the bedroom to the turquoise sea is unbeatable. It is absolutely quiet and on the roof terrace you can see all the constellations at night, as there is no light pollution. The driveway was perfect for our large rental car/SUV. After 5-10 minutes by car, you are at the most beautiful beaches, boat rentals or restaurants. Here, too, Fabrizio recommended a steakhouse where we got really good T-bone steaks. We will definitely be back, absolutely perfect 🤞🏻
