Spotless place and lovely caring host! The house finishes are delightful and clearly recently done. Pool area was clean , beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Beds upstairs can use a new mattress. It is a gated community so be mindful of were you park : spot labeling might be improved as it's hard to see from on board a vehicle. Not many walkable options for eating but good restaurant not far by car like Farra pizzeria which sits on a beautiful landscaped ground between surrounding hills. The little local shack and minimarket can actually cook delicious food: we used for lunch or to order take away for dinner. Beach is beautiful and there's umbrellas/chairs rental and snack bar. It's 15 min walk but house is on a very steep hill plus there's lots of stairs so we still took the car all the time. Lastly learn your garbage disposal rules upon arrival as each day they will pick up only one kind of garbage bin (glass, plastic, compost) to be left top of the stairs by street 😉

Very, very great place to stay with a fantastic view. Great location, clean and great communication with the landlady. Completely matches the descriptions. Kitchen is very well equipped, which makes it very easy and nice. There were only a few ants there but otherwise everything was flawless. For a group of friends or couples, an absolute recommendation! Furniture also super comfortable for sunbathing and the pool is an absolute dream with the view. Absolute recommendation for a few days in Sardinia. We'd love to come back!

The photos don't do this villa justice. The property is incredible! Our family of 5 had the BEST week at Simona and Renato's villa. The beach is a quick walk away, groceries are a short drive, lots of restaurants within 20 minutes and Cagliari is more charming than we could have expected. We all **really** hope to visit again and stay at Simona's villa!

Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was fast and friendly. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, quiet and peaceful. We were on vacation with a small child in May-June. I really liked the location - a quiet village with the possibility of walking to a good beach. There are many more great beaches for every taste within 5-10 minutes' drive. The yard is small, but well-maintained and cozy, the house is perfect for a vacation, but preferably no more than 4 people.

The house is very interesting, a lot of round walls, a beautiful terrace, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms. The area around is very nice and quiet. The sea is 2 steps away. The sea is clean, but 50 meters from the shore is still shallow. The surroundings are beautiful. We walked to Pula and Nora. Your host is available when you're available! We were very satisfied with our stay at this place.

We spent a week as a family with four kids at the house. It was spotless clean, very well maintained and equipped. It’s a very modern, newly furnished villa. The interior has been designed very beautifully with a lot of attention for detail. The kitchen has been equipped very thoughtfully and with everything that you need, from different wine glasses too barista corner with offered all different type of coffee options. It was also very nice and helpful, that when we arrived there was an initial food and beverage packets including a bottle of wine, prosecco and bear. The beach is very close and beautiful and perfect to relax and spend a day on the beach even with little kids. At the villa you have everything that you need for a day at the beach, sun chairs and sun umbrellas on a small carrier to take it easily to the beach and it even has two SUPs you can take. The owners were very responsive and helped us with recommendations. We can only recommend the villa.

Absolutely great accommodation with an incredibly beautiful view of the sea. Fabio is very nice and helpful. Great bars and restaurants nearby. We highly recommend the place, it's very special!

We had wonderfull time. We were 3 families, each has 2 small kids. The garden is briliant for the kids. They have swings inside the garden and the whole garden is behind the fence, so u dont have to worry about kids. It was like a little heaven on earth.

Beautiful house with beautiful sea views. The house is very well-equipped, nothing missing. We also slept well because the bedding is quality. I recommend this pretty house without any problems, especially since the welcome with TIZIANA's smile is impeccable.

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

We were 8 adults and 3 Children. We had a wonderful time in Gloria's beautiful house and are more than happy to recommend this accommodation! The house is spacious, tasteful and nicely renovated. The 5 rooms are well and conveniently furnished. Two well-maintained bathrooms and a toilet, all renovated and very clean. The terrace has a very large table that offers space for everyone. The garden is beautiful, pine trees and southern plants, sun loungers, and space to play and linger. And enough space for cars behind the house. An outdoor shower with hot water - so pleasant! It's only about 200 steps to the clean sandy beach. The sea was still warm at the end of September/early October, and it had few people on the beach. Beautiful sunrises over the sea - beautiful vibe on the beach and in the garden! Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is not unlimited - for a large group like ours a challenge ;) Gloria was very quick to respond.

We absolutely loved our stay here as a group of friends! We had a car and everything was very close. The house is big, clean and with a pool and bbq - what else can you want! Thanks Riccardo!

We had a great week in this great house. The accommodation is beautiful (faithful to the photos), clean, very functional. It is perfectly equipped. The exterior is very beautiful, very well maintained. And the pool… superb (and heated!). Stefano is very friendly and very responsive, he responds immediately to any questions and sincerely cares about the well-being of his tenants. What an amazing stay! Aldo's home was perfect. Secluded and private, nestled in a pristine nature and breath taking views. The house was large, perfect for large families and also well stocked with a great kitchen and many bedrooms/bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the natural charm and ambience of the area and the home were evident from the moment we arrived. Aldo and Francesco were so friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best BnB stays we've ever had. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

We stayed at Anna's house a year ago on vacation and returned because we liked it very much. The house, the garden, proximity to great beaches… was perfect again.

We loved staying at the place. A car is definitely needed. The small and nearby town of Pula is recommended. Beautiful and charming Italian atmosphere!

Andrea looked after kindly from the beginning. The images of the listing correspond exactly to the accommodation. The entire place is clean, tidy and in good condition. We also loved the outdoor area and the pool. You have everything you need in the accommodation. If we needed information from Andrea, she responded to us in a timely manner. Unfortunately, only the oven was not clean and is also hotter than the selected temperature. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with the accommodation and would book and recommend it again! :)

Cute traditional home. Private and can walk to a few restaurants including coffee. Beaches are gorgeous in the area and about 15 min drive. Property was clean and well maintained. Host was very responsive. I would recommend this place for a peaceful stay.
