Maria's apartment, managed by daughter Marica, was perfect in every way. Imagine sipping a glass of wine on your own private terrace, under lemon trees with the scent of fresh rosemary, overlooking the awe-inspiring Amalfi Coast. Marica was kind, responsive and super helpful throughout our entire stay. The apartment itself is wonderful. The space is enormous with a large comfortable bedroom and an amazing bathroom with tub. The kitchen is extremely functional, well-appointed and stocked with everything you would need. We are so glad we stayed in Conca dei Marini, away from the insanity of Amalfi or Positano. Conca is quiet & serene but has 2 amazing restaurants, 2 bars for morning coffee, a pharmacy, a grocery store and more. There is a SITA bus stop on the road in front & a shuttle that will take you to the beach. Would book again in a heartbeat! Grazie mille Marica.

Lovely spacious property with gorgeous patio area. 12 minute walk from the station. Antonello and his mother were lovely hosts and gave us a gift basket of pasta, lovely fresh produce and wine. We had a lovely meal with it. When we left they gifted us a bottle of homemade limoncello. Very kind. We really appreciated the laundry facilities too after hand washing for weeks. Our one and only gripe was we specifically chose this property because it had a pool and we feel the heat. The pool had unfortunately been emptied 2 days before our arrival by the building supervisor who decided despite temperatures being in the late 20s, the swimming season was over early for the complex. This was entirely beyond Antonello’s control and no criticism of him. It did mean however we spent 90 euros swimming as day guests at a local hotel pool for the time we were in Sorrento. That issue aside, I would recommend This lovely property. Thanks Antonello.

The flat is very spacious, very comfortable and well equipped, it has everything you need to enjoy you stay in Castellamare di Stabia. The beds are very comfy, and with the windows closed you can get a good night's sleep. The appartment is very central, just steps form the train station which is just perfect if arriving from Naples , and very convenient to explore the area, the funicular is also one minute away from the flat , and the town center with lots of shops ands restaurants is on your doorstep. There is also air conditioning and heating which we didn`t need as the weather was just right. The communication with Francesco was very good. I recommend this flat 100% .

Grazia was an A+ host. She contacted us on the day of check-in that we are not getting what we booked but a replacement property since the original had some issue. It was a bit unexpected and disappointing at first, but Grazie made sure we had a smooth experience transitioning with least compromise. We had just landed in Naples from the US on the day we checked in and it was a daunting experience to see our booking change like that. Grazie made us feel at home and helped us out with planning our morning exit out. She was super gracious to store our luggage while we toured Capris and showed up multiple times to the property when we needed it to help us with the luggage. The property could use some practical fixes- like no towel hook in bathroom, no place to keep soap/shamppo while showering. The sofa bed is not countable, so this was really a place for 2 adults and 2 kids and not 4 adults and 2 kids as I had booked for. I’d have given it 3-4 stars if not for Grazia’s excellence

A truly amazing place to stay in Positano. Located between the two main roads, it’s very centrally located. You can walk to the town center and beaches as well as bus stations. The garden patio is the best place to sit and unwind while you take in the beautiful views. We really thought that was the best part of the property. Marcello was incredibly helpful and kind. He arranged seamless transportation from The Naples train station to the road and took all the stress away from the travel day. You’d be lucky to stay here and we hope to return again. ❤️

Maria was a wonderful host. Beautiful location. We had a car but bus transportation to Sorrento was also easy assessible from the road. We bused to Positano which was much more relaxing than driving. Sadly the weather was too cold to try out swimming at the beach front. Really enjoyed our stay.
