Apartment vacation rentals in Villasimius

All in all, a perfect vacation and a great place to stay. The amenities were great and everything you could ever need was available. Practical things like a parasol or a cooler bag with cooling packs were also available for the beach. The walk to the nearest supermarket was very short and the beautiful dream beaches are all not far away. You can also walk to the city center itself. The apartment was very clean too. The only and unfortunately a big problem was the bed, which was far too hard. Unfortunately, we didn't have a relaxed sleep. Still highly recommended! The stay in Gianluca's apartment was wonderful, the check-in was very simple, the apartment was very clean and with everything you need for your stay, a stone's throw away there are parking lots and even supermarkets. I highly recommend your apartment .

The apartment was exactly as described and has a wonderful view. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. There was everything you needed. Shopping facilities are next to the apartment, as well as the bus connection that takes you to Cagliari in 30 minutes. We had wonderful hosts with Elena and Marco. Sincere thanks for the nice days

The apartment is very well-kept, in a central location in the city. The presence of private parking with direct access to the apartment is very convenient.

Leandro's house is in a strategic position to fully experience the center of Villasimius on foot: restaurants, bars, pizzerias, street food, pharmacy, supermarket and stores of all kinds can be reached with a short and pleasant walk. All the "most distant" beaches from the village are a 10-minute drive. Leandro is an attentive host, and the staff who manage the house is friendly and helpful. The house is nice and cozy, perfect for two people, ideal for a weekend. Recommended!

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

Massimo and Marta were extremely kind and friendly. They answered any questions we had about the villa and gave us really great recommendations. The villa was so nice and well decorated with a view of the ocean. It had everything we needed. It also had a grill which we used to have a barbecue night after buying fresh seafood in Cagliari. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Definitely would stay again!

We had a perfect stay at Stefano's place. Great location. Stefano is the best host ever. He replies within a minute to every question you have. Highly recommend!

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. House matching the description, equipped with two bathrooms on different floors great wabataggjo and beautiful terrace for breakfasts and dinners at sunset. Very well-stocked kitchen with all the equipment, the only thing is electrical outlets that are not super functional and maybe insert a body soap holder in the showers for the rest (super available and ready to meet every request ) and the house that are worth the reservation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The perfect location, not the busyness from the city centre but close enough to walk there. The accommodation was incredible and bigger then it seems the living room is a big plus and bathroom realy nice

We felt right at home at Paolo’s place. He welcomed us personally and showed us around. The bedroom in the cave is definitely the highlight. Restaurants, shopping etc. is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

A beautiful place with wonderfully accommodating hosts! We had a delightful stay in Cagliari. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and peaceful at night. Its central location made it easy to explore everything on foot, with restaurants, shops, and sights all just a walk away.

We loved staying at Emanuela’s place and she was an amazing host. Very responsive and helped give tips on where to go. The place felt like home away from home, and was comfortable and quiet haven after exploring Cagliari. It’s walking distance to some great bars and restaurants too.

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean, Erika was always available and asked if we were okay and if anything was missing. There was beer and water and juices available as a welcome. There was also milk, yogurts, croissants, etc. for breakfast. By car you can reach Cagliari and its surroundings within 15 to 20 minutes. The morning and evening stay on the terrace was very pleasant. Everything was very cozy.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful walkable place that fit our entire family. So many great places to eat right outside the door and my 5 year old really enjoyed being so close to the pick up for the train.

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.
