The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor of a newly renovated building in the heart of Villasimius. It is a small penthouse of about 90 square meters with a private terrace of 25 square meters. The entire house has just been renovated (July 2023) and is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The terrace is equipped with a BBQ, outdoor shower and furniture. The entire house enjoys great brightness and privacy.

Just 200 meters from the lively pedestrian center, steps from restaurants, boutiques, and the flavors of Sardinia. Inside, a bright living room and fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the spacious patio is the perfect spot for al fresco dining. The 2 bedrooms accommodate up to 5 people, there's a small garden at the back. Air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kettle are available.

The property is well organized for each particular need: small children (cot, highchair), free parking, beach equipment (umbrella, beach towels and beach toys for the little ones), washing machine and dishwasher.

The accommodation is located near the new shopping arcade, and very close to all services (ATM, Pharmacy, Post Office, Minimarket, Shops, Restaurants / Pizzerias etc.). The main beach of Simius is a 15-minute walk away as is the Town Hall Square and the historic center. Apartment on the ground floor with private outdoor garden and large wooden pergola, kitchen, complete bathroom with shower, private washing machine and air conditioning and free wi-fi internet.
