Apartment vacation rentals in Villasimius

Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub und eine tolle Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung war super und alles was man so braucht war vorhanden. Auch für den Strand praktische Dinge wie ein Sonnenschirm oder eine Kühltasche mit Kühlakkus waren vorhanden. Der Weg zum nächsten Supermarkt war sehr kurz und die schönen Traumstrände sind alle nicht weit entfernt. Zum Stadtzentrum selbst kann man auch gut zu Fuß laufen. Die Wohnung war auch sehr sauber. Das einzige und leider ein großes Problem war das viel zu harte Bett. Einen entspannten Schlaf hatten wir leider nicht. Dennoch sehr zu empfehlen! Danke für die schöne Zeit und den stets freundlichen Kontakt.

Il soggiorno nell'appartamento di Gianluca è stato stupendo, il check-in molto semplice, l'appartamento era pulitissimo e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno,a due passi ci sono parcheggi e anche i supermercati. Consiglio vivamente il suo appartamento .

Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben und hat eine wunderbare Aussicht. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind neben dem Appartement , genauso wie die Busverbindung einen innerhalb von 30 min nach Cagliari bringt . Wir hatten mit Elena und Marco wundervolle Gastgeber. L'appartamento è molto curato, in una posizione centrale della città. Comodissima la presenza di parcheggio privato con accesso diretto all'appartamento.

La casa di Leandro è in una posizione strategica per vivere a pieno il centro di Villasimius a piedi: ristoranti, bar, pizzerie, street food, farmacia, supermarket e negozi di ogni tipo possono essere raggiunti con una breve e piacevole passeggiata. Tutte le spiagge “più distanti” dal paese sono a 10 minuti di macchina. Leandro è un host attento, e il personale che gestisce la casa è gentile e disponibile. La casa è carina e accogliente, perfetta per due persone, ideale per un weekend. Consigliata!

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber und liebevoll vorbereitet – sogar für unseren Hund standen direkt Näpfe bereit. Für unser Baby wurden separate Handtücher sowie ein Babybett bereitgestellt, was uns den Aufenthalt deutlich erleichtert hat. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir auch, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche nach ein paar Tagen frisch ausgetauscht wurden. Die Gastgeber waren durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist schön ruhig – perfekt zum Entspannen. Allerdings ist ein Auto auf jeden Fall notwendig, um mobil zu sein. Praktisch: Direkt an der Unterkunft gibt es einen eigenen Parkplatz. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist das WLAN, das etwas schwach war – ansonsten war wirklich alles top. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a perfect stay at Stefano's place. Great location. Stefano is the best host ever. He replies within a minute to every question you have. Highly recommend!

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Vera's friendly manner and her helpfulness with any questions or her tips for excursions were also great. Overall, a very nice and highly recommended stay. Thank you, Vera! :-)

Casa corrispondente alla descrizione, dotata di due bagni su piani diversi ottimo vabataggjo e bellissima terrazza per colazioni e cene al tramonto. Cucina molto fornita di tutte le attrezzature, unica cosa prese elettriche non disposte in maniera super funzionale e magari inserire porta bagnoschiuma nelle docce per il resto sia Maria (super disponibile e pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta ) che casa che valgono la prenotazione. CONSIGLIATISSIMA

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Cagliari, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Lage war toll, da die Unterkunft sich in einer belebten Nebenstraße befindet und nur wenige 100 m von der Innenstadt und sehr tollen Restaurants entfernt ist. Der Aufenthalt bei Christian war sehr schön. Ich würde sie jedem wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

We felt right at home at Paolo’s place. He welcomed us personally and showed us around. The bedroom in the cave is definitely the highlight. Restaurants, shopping etc. is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

A beautiful place with wonderfully accommodating hosts! We had a delightful stay in Cagliari. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and peaceful at night. Its central location made it easy to explore everything on foot, with restaurants, shops, and sights all just a walk away.

We loved staying at Emanuela’s place and she was an amazing host. Very responsive and helped give tips on where to go. The place felt like home away from home, and was comfortable and quiet haven after exploring Cagliari. It’s walking distance to some great bars and restaurants too.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Erika war immer erreichbar und hat gefragt, ob es uns gut geht und ob etwas fehlt. Es war zur Begrüßung Bier und Wasser und Säfte vorhanden. Außerdem gab es Milch, Joghurts, Croissants etc zum Frühstück. Mit dem Auto kann man Cagliari und Umgebung innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten erreichen. Der morgen und Abendliche Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse war sehr angenehm. Alles war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Vi var sju tjejer som checkade in hos Sheila. Vi blev varmt välkomnande av hon och hennes man. Det fanns allt man behövde. Boendet ligger väldigt centralt till centrum och nära till buss- och tågstation. Boendet hade bra sängar och förvaringsmöjligheter. Vi kommer absolut att boka detta boende om vi åker till Cagliari igen!😍

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.

Giulio è stato sempre presente dura te tutto il soggiorno per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Stanza bellissima e pulita, zona ottima e centrale, perfetta per spostarsi anche a piedi.
